The lady at the front was rude from the moment I walked in. The doctor was fine. The lady up front didn’t bill my insurance (I could tell from the price on my bill). I called and spoke to someone at the Whitehall office and they verified that they had my insurance info but the insurance had not been billed. The rudeness of the lady up front is enough to just go to the Whitehall office instead, but the fact that she can’t even do her work right is enough to get her fired. Just go to the Whitehall office instead. It’s busier but they’re nice there and it seems like an actual doctor’s office whereas Chantry seems like a poorly run business.
