Very pleasant staff. Doctor and intern treated myself and 8 month old daughter with kindness yet knowledgeable professionalism. Wait time was reasonable

Dr. Copenheaver is a JOKE. I’ve seen him twice (not by choice) and both times he was in and out of the room within 5 minutes. He NEVER listens to my concerns, doesn’t give me time to talk, talks to you with a condescending tone. Frankly, his bedside manner is awful. Not only that, I was told by their 24 hour nurse triage line to come in after my daughter was having cold symptoms for 2 and a half weeks that just kept getting worse. Including her eyes being matted shut with yellow gunk, not eating well which in turn she isn’t producing as many wet diapers and when she does eat, she throws it all up. She told me she probably needed some antibiotics. He looked in her ears and mouth and said well she looks good and her lungs are clear. HE NEVER EVEN LISTENED TO HER LUNGS ONE TIME! He refused to give me any antibiotics or eye drops. Only said “keep sucking her nose out.” This will be the last time I come to this office and it’s a shame because I love Dr. Comer but the sheer idea that I would EVER get stuck with this doctor again makes me want to avoid this place at all costs. If you are a pediatrician you’re supposed to care about kids and that man couldn’t care less!!!!!

Took my now grown kids here because they always gave great care and very cheerful, do I decided to also take my cousins here who I had legal custody of and I may switch for starters the nurses out front are now warm or welcoming, the two nurse that was in our room were excellent. Very caring and made the kids relax some. But the doctor was in and out the room in 5 mins. Didn’t really touch the kids and wasn’t very warm and welcoming at all😔😔😔😔

The last few times Ive went here we had problems first thing they refused to give my biological daughter shots even though Ive took her multiple times since shes been born second thing is I take all the other kids one of them is not biologically mine an I take him with not a problem ever Im so done with this place Ill never go back again

This has to be the WORST CLINIC ON EARTH. I dont even know where to start. First of all both my daughters (1 and 2) were scheduled to get their shots done and a follow up. Once we arrived, there was PLENTY (TOO MANY) people who were sick from kids to their parents. I was asked to sit right next to them... my daughters do not go to daycare and were PERFECTLY FINE just needed their shot done. I asked to go somewhere else because I knew it was ridiculous to leave walk-ins patients with the one with appointments, like even at school they send you back home if you are sick so you dont contaminate other kids. BUT they looked at me just like if I was too demanding. Anyways, after waiting 3 hours, and a white lady calling my daughter too big for her age (SHE SHOULD BE FIRED OR I SHOULD SUE HER FOR THAT) and said that she wanted to weight her again, I decided to walk out with my kids and husband. Result: BOTH MY DAUGHTERS SPENT HALF THE NIGHT AT THE HOSPITAL WITH FEVERS, RUNNING NOSES ETC.. why? because it is a ghetto, dirty place they have no respect for their patient.I am considering suing since I have addressed this issue and warned them about it.

Doctor came in and did not touch my child but made an incorrect diagnosis at this particular sick visit appointment. Did not listen to me when I explained that I knew what my child had. I had to go to the urgent care to get a correct diagnosis and my childs antibiotics that he NEEDED! If I would have listened to this quack of a doctor who knows what would have happened to my child!

It’s alright doctors up front some or cool some loook like they already ready to go home 🤷🏿‍♀️🤷🏿‍♀️🤷🏿‍♀️🤔🤔🤔😭🤣

Been taken my daughter to CHILDRENS CLOSE TO HOME HILLTOP since she was born she is now 5 years old and still goes there. Very clean environment! Nurses are nice ALWAYS gives my daughter stickers ...doctors very nice and very concerned!!! My daughter is never nervous to go there she LOVES IT !!!

3 hours for bloodwork and a vaccination and the office wasnt even busy. Will be finding a new pediatrician!

U have a appointment and still wait a hour to be seen by the doctor im finding my kids a new doctor office nobody should wait that long if you have a appointment last time coming here

Because we can see all around the corner its really awesome

They so slow.. Still waiting to be call.. Is my 1st and last coming here....
