Dr. Keilani disregarded my MRI results which indicated that I have a soft tissue mass above my trapezius muscle and attempted to tell me that I’m just having muscle calcification and nothing is abnormal with me. It seems this is not a one time thing, as the review below mine experienced something similar. Had an appointment at 3:30, and was not seen until after hours at 5:15. Do your upmost to be referred anywhere but here.

It was very clear Dr. Keilani was pressed for time, he was in the room for less than 5 minutes. It was probably no more than 3 to 3.5 minutes. Prior to physically examining me, he read an ultrasound report and decided it was wrong. I’m still perplexed on his X-ray vision and haven’t quite figured out how he was able to make such an assessment. He briefly examined me but was in such a hurry I doubt he heard a word I said. (He never gave me a chance to explain the sonagrapher had to get the radiologist to come in the room during the ultrasound and do the ultrasound himself. Perhaps if he would have had maybe even 30 seconds to explain why they were wrong other than telling me the size measured was so small that they couldn’t see it on an ultrasound. He read the size from the ultrasound report. But they couldn’t see it....on ultrasound.)The parking lot was packed when I arrived for a 3:30 appt and only a small handful remained when I was leaving. If you didn’t haven’t time to see me then you shouldn’t have scheduled the appt. I have never felt so rushed during a doctors appointment. No discussion of prior surgical history, once his X-ray vision determined the ultrasound was wrong he was clearly done with me. I left the office completely confused and feeling like a complete inconvenience to Dr. Keilani. I have way more questions than answers and really truly and genuinely disappointed in the quality of care.I certainly hope they bill a low level consult and do not attempt to bill my visit as a higher level consult.
