Was at that facility four scope and couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff was wonderful. They took very good care of me and I didn’t even know that I was scoped it was as usual very good very easy. The nurses stay with you right from the start, keep you updated as to what to expect. When u leave they call the next day to check on you, if u are having any problems or pain.I would highly recommend Mid-south Endoscopy Center

I had some colonoscopy done here last month and they made the process great. From check-in to the procedure itself and everything in between, the staff was warm and friendly. Everything was explained in a way I could understand and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable.

Although it’s not favorite thing to doThe staff there alway treat there patientsVery warmly and with good humorAnd the new facility is quite a step up

Nurse Jackie was fabulous and took great care of me as did the rest of the staff. However, my appointment was at 12:30 and I didn’t get back for my procedure until 3:30. That added 3 hours to my no food or drink directions. By the time I left I was extremely dehydrated and felt horrible. My husband stopped and got me food and drink as soon as we left but it’s hard to recover from 15 hours without fluids. A short wait is understandable because you can’t always predict extenuating circumstances. A 3 hour wait is extreme considering all of the patients there are fasting at a minimum.

I dont understand why people freak out over having a colonoscopy. It is all so simple so painless and you dont even know you had it done.

If you have a colonoscopy this is the place to be.The staff and doctors were very nice people. I felt like I was in great hands.

They were kind. Not much of sense of humor but it was 7am. Overall rate then a 9.5

My experience before and during the colonoscopy was excellent and I would give it a 5 star but not so with the after effects. I woke up immediately with extremely sore throat and a squeaky voice. 3 weeks later the sore throat is gone but still have squeaky voice and gets worse the more I talk. I made 2 attempts at getting an explanation for this from the doctors office but given a short answer that they did nothing to my throat and never heard such a thing. I just know I was fine and then I wasn’t. It was noticed immediately by my daughter when picking me up 3 hours later after leaving me there. I did see on the internet that some people have experienced this and was thought to be acid going up throat and irritating vocal cords that can take weeks to heal. It sure would have been nice to have had such information from a doctor rather than having to do the no-no of googling.

A colonoscopy is never an easy procedure to have. Everyone at the center was so caring and efficient. From setting up the appointment to the procedure and the follow-up call, the entire process went smoothly. I knew exactly what to expect and the concern of care for me as a patient was great.

Dr McClure and his staff took excellent care of me. I highly recommend them for all your gastro needs

I have never felt so cared for as I did in this facility. Every one was extremely professional yet extremely helpful & informative.. I really appreciate everyone who cared for me...I would highly recommend this health care facility to everyone...Im truly blessed !!

I was very disappointed because my appointment was at 9 am and I didnt get in for the exam until 11:30 had to wait in the car on a very hot day along with my husband and there was no facilities to use the restroom for my driver so yall need to work on a smoother transaction for your patients

Quick and easy

Dr Mallipeddi is very knowledgeable and we trust his opinion. However the wait times are redicolus and almost not worth it. Theres no reason to make an appointment if you are going to have to wait an hour and a half later to go back. And 1 hr + for a 20 min procedure is unacceptable.
