For the first time in my life, I can say that an overnight stay in a medical center was pleasant. I had a sleep study and fitting for a sleep apnea mask. Cody the sleep tech was excellent. She was knowledgeable about my condition, the equipment used for the sleep study, and knowledgeable about where to find in-home equipment. She was kind, considerate, and helpful. With severe sleep apnea (off the charts), this experience gave me hope for a healthier future.

On Monday of this week, I left a 1-star review because of my experience of poor customer/patient service. Michael of ASL followed up with what I believe is a good-faith call about my experience. I appreciated that response.

I absolutely did not enjoy my time at the sleep study and would not ever recommend it to anyone i knowThey gave contradicting instructions and stressed me out to the point i passed out do to panicI should probably mention i have autism, ptsd, and severe anixty especially when in a situation that i have no control or in a unknown locationSo to say simply Id say the individuals that work there dont really understand how to help folks with disabilities and are used to being able to work with neurotypical individualsSo no i strongly would not recommend them for anyone disabled or anyone thats not neurotypical

My grandfather was having some concerning issues, and was referred to Advanced Sleep Labs for a Routine EEG. Michael helped him, and while my grandfather is a pretty grumpy man. He thoroughly enjoyed Michaels company. My grandfather was pretty nervous about this test, and Michael did a great job putting him at ease! He told him a funny story about his dog, and every time I see my grandfather he tells me again how funny the story was! Advanced Sleep Labs was extremely on top of their scheduling and was able to get him in WEEKS before any other lab in Columbia. They also had his study results to his referring with in 48 hours, which was great and helped put our minds at ease way sooner than we expected. Super thankful for the great staff at Advanced Sleep Labs for treating my grandfather with such kindness and respect. We would highly suggest them to anyone who is needing EEG or Sleep Testing done!!

Staff was professional, relatable, and attentive to my needs. Room was spacious and private. They even provided a fan for which I was very thankful, as Im not able to sleep without one. I was able to arrange a payment plan with Billing, which prevented a financial hardship on me. If you need a sleep study, this place will take great care of you!

Room was cold, nothing explained..Lab Assistant was not the best and not sure I even got a good reading!! Carpet was not very clean..Would not go back for testing at this lab!!
