They are EXTREMELY slow and were very rude when we wanted to purchase 4 additional items at the pharmacy check-out. They absolutely refused to do it. When I asked if someone could bring our prescription to the front cashier, they refused that as well. Horrible customer service. I talked to four Costco employees on the way out and they all shrugged their shoulders and offered zero help. We switched pharmacists. Never again Costco pharmacy!

Since this location is within walking distance from me I choose this location for my COVID-19 vaccination site and Costco has top notch service. I still agree this statement with the exception of the pharmacy.I showed up for my 1st appointment in April, waited more than 20 minutes for acknowledgement, the line kept increasing and no urgency at all but finally got my shot. Took my mother to CVS, the process was quick , in and out. My process at Costco was almost an hour but I figured just short staffed.Today I’m back for my 2nd shot and again no acknowledgement as I stand at the window I was directed to. I have written this review and still no acknowledgement.Not sure if these are non Costco employees but improvements are needed. Disappointed 😞
