I had an excellent visit with Dr. Hallu and her team. I came in for back injection and could not be happier.

Extremely long wait times. I waited over an hour to see my physician, then 30 mins more for a brace.

I’ve seen Dr. Guy and.Chay Malvasio for several injuries and they are both AMAZING! They truly care about the patients. Chay always goes above and beyond to help. The care team, front desk and all staff are exceptional! They greet you and treat you as a friend. All phone calls are returned and issues addressed. Thank you! Thank you!

The physical therapist are amazing!!!!!!! make sure you keep track of your insurance the front desk is awful at their job!!!!! They told me 4 months after starting treatment that I had a co-pay, the paper that was handed to me for verification of my co-pay was verified 2 days prior to my surgery and I started physical therapy the day after surgery. I spoke to the director of that department and she was very unprofessional and unhelpful as well. I was told that I should know my insurance, and that if I didnt pay the almost $750 it would basically be sent to collections. I just got a phone call today(February 6, 2020) about Junes appointments being denied because my insurance didnt have the paper that the office said I needed to be turned in, in order for Junes appointments to be processed into claims. I called my insurance they have the paper on file, because theyve had since August. Now almost a year later claims are just now being processed and Ill still probably have to pay those co-pays that I was unaware of because the front desk did not have me sign the proper paperwork in the first place. I felt so uncomfortable walking into that office with having to see the front desk, I couldnt finish my physical therapy that I needed for my knee. But Im sure Ill just be told that I should know my insurance and my financial responsibilities even though I was not properly notified. I even printed out a job description for the Orthopedics - sports medicine front desk jobs. Where it even indicates that a requirement for their job is to verify insurance. why should that be in their job description, when Im told that I should know my insurance? I would recommend the physical therapists who work there, but I would highly recommend NOT going to this location unless you want an insurance headache from the front desk who DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB!!!!!!

Dr. James McFadden put me at ease about my hand condition and his recommended surgical treatment. The other personnel were equally pleasant, and helpful.

I am an avid runner and have been running for the past twenty years. This morning, I had appt with Dr.Kyle Arthur regarding pain in my knee. He was very thorough and complete in his examination. In the end, I received a cortisone shot and course of action for a full recovery. Great doctor...I highly recommend!

Incompetent staff. Had appointment scheduled for over three weeks. Upon arrival I was informed USC had problems on their end and needed a week to sort out their issues with accepting insurance. Even with referral in hand they couldn’t do it. I received two calls days prior telling by me all was accepted. This is second time Palmetto USC has had the same type administrative incompetence. I won’t be there for the third time.

Super care and communication of Dr . Dow and his entire staff while there today for an appointment. Thank you all again very much !

Kurt Judson, PA-C is the best! I suffer from De Quervains tenosynovitis and the first cortisone shot I received at Parkridge was extremely painful. The Dr seemed rushed and annoyed that I chose a shot over surgery. I left her office in a lot of pain and it took a few days to work the soreness out of my wrist from the injection. When the pain returned six months later I tried to get in to see her again only to be turned away. I called the Urgent Care Orthopedics and explained how much pain I was in and asked would they treat me. They obliged and once there I was in pain and extremely nervous that the injection was going to hurt as bad as my last one. P.A Kurt took his time, listened to my fears, and reassured me that this injection would be different and it was! He actually numbed my wrist first with a cold spray, then used a lidocaine injection and finished with the cortisone. I came home and slept that night pain-free! By the next morning, my wrist had a dull ache and a dose of Tylenol helped it. It has been a year and I am going to make another visit to see him since the pain has returned. A few of the Docs at the Orthopedic center could take a page out of P.A Judson playbook, bc his initiative is to try the minimally invasive treatment first unlike most Ortho Drs who rush people into the O.R first. Also, his bedside manner is a Gold Star he listens and cares about the people he treats. Yes, Doctors bedside manner STILL matters in this day and age!
