I love Dr. Pitner and her team, therere amazing. Each time I walk in the office Im greeted with a smile and a good morning and taken straight to the back. I initially started with invisalign and I was not being a good Stewart but now I have braces. I should have gotten braces from the beginning. It was a very easy transition with Dr. Pitner and her team. You will not be disappointed, give Dr. Pitner, her team and puppy a try.

I love Mrs. Pitner and her team, very nice and professional..the staff is just amazing and friendly all the time. They are also very convenient with your time scheduling and open very early...not to mention they will always have you in and out less then 15 min to 20 min most of the time..she also gives her client nice gifts, books and treats.I definitely refer them...

The staff is great made me feel like part of the family on my first day visiting. Dr. Pitner explained the whole process and explained how long it will take. The place is clean and the price is good. They also do payment plans. Very happy doing business with Dr. Pitner. And you have a great view while your in the chair.

The results are amazing, no one can tell you are wearing braces, and its been so easy compared to when I had braces as a kid. The downtown office is sleek, clean, and very modern. I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Pitners team at their downtown office. I started my treatment with Dr. Pitner, and in the middle of the treatment I had to move out of the state for job. I decided to continue my treatment with Dr. Pitner and it eventually went out pretty well. She did a great job of supporting me remotely most of the time, and she worked efficiently to minimize the travels I had to make. I recommended Dr. Pitner to my friends and would do the same to whom needs orthodontic treatment!

When I came to the States I had no idea where to go to continue my braces but my college admission counselor actually recommended Pitner Orthodontics and I could not have been happier. I was worried that it would be difficult to transfer, and that it would be too complicated; however, the staff at Pitner Orthodontics were so kind to me and welcomed me in warmly that I knew this was the place for me. In contrast with my previous orthodontist, they went above and beyond! I am so thankful for how they took care of me and all the beautiful work they have accomplished. Was looking for an adult orthodontics when I came across Pitner on Google. The next week a co-worker had braces and mentioned she choose Pitner. So far I have been pleased. Dr. Pitner and her team are simply amazing! They’re always friendly, kind, and professional. Dr. Pitner helped me coordinate with a periodontist and prosthodontist to get an implant placed while finishing up with my braces to help expedite my treatment - which I’m very grateful for. Aside from the perfect customer experience, Dr. Pitner’s office is also technologically equipped, something a lot of clinics lack. All paperwork can be completed online prior to your arrival, making your wait time very short. Patients also have access to their payment records online, which helps you track your payment plan and avoid having to bother the billing department with questions. I’m very happy with the results and I would definitely recommend Dr. Pitner and her team to anyone!

My son at 21 really wanted to get his teeth and underbite fixed but refused any type of jaw surgery. We met with Leslie Pitner and quickly realized she was the answer we were looking for. I had my braces there. They did a good work. The first visit after putting on my braces, they gave me detailed information about how to take care of the teeth, brace, what to expect later, etc. You feel very welcomed and had a really good impression on them. However, their attitude in my LAST visit changed 180 degree. They are reluctant to talk, they gave me retainers but did not explain how to take care of it, what to expect in the next few days, what to do in future if I need change retainer, etc. They just said out work here is done then waited for me to leave. I have to search on internet to figure out other stuff after taking the braces off. This experience made one start to wonder if you got cheated before. But anyway they get the work done and the teeth look good.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Pitner and her team at the new downtown office. The office itself is sleek, quiet, and has an incredible view of the city. I also never had to wait to be seen, usually they took me right in. I used Invisalign and it only took me 7.5 months to have the perfect smile! Dr. Pitner is awesome.

Horrible experience!!!! My daughter went through over a year of dental work to only have her teeth return to where they were and in a worse state The staff and Dr will make every attempt to tell you this is part of Phase 1 and charge you 3000 then later ask you to pay an additional 4000 for a phase 2. This is plain fraud and greed. Never in my life have I had to pay this much for my childrens dental work. This is unethical and unprofessional. Save your children the pain and your family the financial strain and find somewhere else.
