I brought my daughter (age 5) to see Dr. Hendricks and he was AMAZING with her! He made her feel very comfortable. Krystina did not rush her while she was trying on glasses and trying to choose what she likes. I truly will not go anywhere else for our vision needs!!

I thought about giving them a 1 star rating just so no one else finds out about this awesome place but that wouldnt be fair, right? Dr Hendrickson is very knowledgeable and friendly. The entire staff was friendly and Theresa took the time to make sure we got the frames and all the options we wanted. The prices were good but may be due to our insurance coverage. I havent received my glasses yet but have a lot of confidence they will be great. I have already referred my daughter to them.*Update* Just got my glasses. They said ten working days but they were ready in five. Very happy with them and as a side note, my daughter saw the Doctor today and ordered glasses and contacts. She was also happy with the entire practice.

At first the staff wasnt friendly but they warmed up and was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them...the doctor was very nice and made sure you understood everything.

I was very impressed with this office. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the doctor was very nice and gave a thorough examination and good advice. Did not try to sell me expensive glasses, etc... They had new equipment--seemed to be very up on the latest technology! Because of this, dilation was not necessary! Yay! His staff helped me choose a reasonably priced pair of glasses. They take my insurance, too, which saves me a lot. The technician even fixed a part on my readers for me!

I found the office nice and friendly, with a very positive atmosphere. There was no harassing to buy additional eye wear or products, and they had a good variety to choose from. My son enjoyed his visit also.

Just had another great visit. I had my usual eye exam but this time I also got some new glasses, and it was great service. The lenses were done in just a couple of days and are working very well.

I really liked Dr. Hendrickson and am planning on coming back again in six months for a follow up visit. I got my eyes dilated and it didnt even affect me.

Dr. H and the staff are real thorough with everything including your eye tests, and they take as much time as you need with them to explain everything. Dr. Hendrickson is great at explaining test results and converting medical jargon to common terms.

They know who I am and they take very good care of me. Its always pleasant there and we are on a first name basis.

I thought that the staff at Family Eye were very nice. They would talk to me about things and just get me to calm down and feel more comfortable to take my mind off of getting my teeth worked on.

Ive been going to FEC to see Dr. Hendrickson for about 15 years now and would give them a 10/10 if I could, however this rating system only seems to allow 5 stars. The staff is caring and knows me by name, and every time I make a new order for contact lenses, Ive been satisfied with my product.
