I’ve been going here for over a year...I have had nothing but problems. They do not care about your mental health. When I was seeing Dr. Polk I was never surprised when they had to reschedule and push back my appointments. They would call me the day of and tell me the doctor can’t see me. This has happened at least 3 times. I called on Monday to change my medication because I have really been struggling and have been having a lot of bad physical and mental side effects. It’s Friday and I have still not gotten this figured out. They called me yesterday during work and I called not even 5 minutes after the missed phone call and the receptionist said “yeahhh sorry you’re out of luck she’s busy now”. Okay fine. Well that was two hours before they closed and I never got a call back. I cried after I missed that phone call because it was so important to me but miss thing that was on the phone with me yesterday got snappy because I’m on their time apparently and I shouldn’t work so I can stare at my phone for 4 days. It’s Friday and I’m not sure what to do. Do you guys not realize how dangerous this is? People can end up hurting themselves or doing dangerous things without their medication. I go to this place so they can help my anxiety and depression but right now they are the cause of it. I’m not sure what to do and I guess that is what happens when you don’t make a lot of money and have to go to places like this

Not sure about how this experience is going to be, but I do know, that if you make an appointment at 8:30... which I tried very hard for a different time, they could not accommodate, it also says to be 30 mins early... so here I am, 30 mins early, and they don’t open until 8:30, so along with being extremely late for work, the communication is lacking.

I have been going here for treatment for over four years and must say the staff , Doctors and Therapist are all welcoming and pleasant. Alot of times I understand that I have made it hard for the office and myself by not calling to cancel or reschedule when I should. Often times ppl. Dont realize how hard it is for ppl. Like me with Social Anxiety,and several other mental health issues. Makes it even harder for us to call and say we cant come because our mental state want even allow us to walk out the door of our own home. I feel terrible and dont do it on purpose. Its shameful for us as well. They get a A+ FROM ME. Thanks for all yall do!
