In the time Ive been there I havent once had my medication refilled before I ran out/had them fill it for more than a month at a time, so every 30 days I get to experience Effexor withdrawals while they ignore their faxes from the pharmacy. At this point itd almost be better to not receive treatment at all instead of dealing with the monthly wax and wane of the SNRIs in my system

Have called several times to try to schedule an appointment for PTSD therapy over the course of 2 months and have never received a returned phone call, email, voicemail, nothing. No communication.

Been going there for over 10 years and you are just a number now. My file is in the storage building and can never be located and the price has more than doubled. I would like to give no star

The front desk was very unprofessional and unorganized. i could hear their conversations about being miserable at their job and they would have patients on speaker phone and i could hear the enjoy conversations that are meant to be confidential. The social worker i had my apt with was very professional and pleasant but unfortunately due to the front desk being my first and last impression, i will be finding another office.

Extremely responsive, fast communication, staff went out of their way to give best environment in difficult times for a friend, thank y’all
