Meghan always makes you feel comfortable and confident in the proceedure and/or dose she suggests for you. She sets realistic expectations and has not disappointed. They are respectful of your budget without judgement. They even have a rewards program that saved me money on the very next visit I had after sign up. This review is for a Botox treatment that I received from ProMD Health in Columbia, MD. Just to share, I did not write my review sooner, because I wanted to give them the opportunity for rectification, which they did not.I had my Botox treatment on Wednesday 3/3/21 and by the following evening, I had a large swollen boil/reaction to the Botox in my 11s (between my eyebrows) and on my left eye. Both areas got worse in the following days. I have had Botox before, but I have never had a reaction from any previous treatments. In trying to help the reaction, I tried several over-the-counter creams, warm compresses, ibuprofen, and ice as well. I reached out to ProMD Health 2 business days after my reaction started and they prescribed an antibiotic to treat the areas.In speaking with other Botox providers and surgeons, many felt that there must have been bacteria on the needle they used for my injections and felt strongly that this was not normal and should not have happened.It took over 2 months for the affected areas to heal. In June, 2021, I was due for my next Botox treatment, and I reached out to ProMD Health to make sure that I could receive treatment after the reaction, and to also see if they will provide compensation for all that I had to endure from my previous Botox treatment at their office.In speaking with PRO MD Health on the phone, they said that I can receive treatment again, but they were not willing to provide compensation. After I explained again why they should provide compensation, the manager said if I get more than 20 units, then she will give me 10% off. I let them know that I did not feel that 10% was enough considering I had to walk around with a huge red swollen lump on my face for over 2 months. I did not hear back from PRO MD Health again after I sent a follow-up email.I will not be returning to PRO MD Health because of their unwillingness to offer corrective action. I felt and still feel that for them to say they weren’t going to provide any compensation and then after me stating my reasoning, to only offer 10% after 20 units, shows complete lack of accountability and professionalism on their behalf. This is my face we are talking about here! 10% is what a store gives you for a snag on a shirt. If you get your hair done and are unhappy, a good place will fix it for free. When at a restaurant, if there is an issue with your meal/experience, the restaurant will take corrective action and still give you your entrée for free.Any who, this was my experience and I wanted to share for others to know. Thank you!

I just had fillers done in my lips and Botox on my forehead with Jen! She was amazing and my results were worth every penny. The Columbia location is so clean, professional front desk and the staff made you feel very welcomed. I highly recommend this place.

Theyre all extremely nice but my results are absolutely horrible my chin looks ten times worse the scar was flat and I was not worried about the way it looked as far as it being flat I thought it was actually better it made the scar less noticeable in that area but in the second follow up botox injections to my jawline the doctor suggested filler so it would not be flat and my scar now sticks out looking lumpy and clumpy. I just threw away $400. Again they are very nice which is of importance but thats not what I went to MD Pro for. I now have to spend more money trying to get this lumpy clumpy filler out of my chin. I wish I would have left well enoungh alone and went with my gut instinct to say NO, to the reccommendation of filler in my chins flat area. So as far as nice and professional I give them a 5 star but as far as results a 1 star if that. I hate to give such a nice place a bad review but when it comes to cost and results I have to stand on my finds. I even went back for the follow up and absolutely nothing was done and my phone call leaving a message addressing the dismay in my results was not even addressed during the follow up visit and that says something. The two before pictures and the after photo will show the lumpy clumpy results of the filler.

I have had two appointments for botox with Meghan and I could not be happier with the service, atmosphere, staff, or results! I was really nervous for my first appointment and both the staff and Meghan made me feel super comfortable! I was hoping the botox would help slow down the wrinkle forming on my forehead, but it actually completely diminished the line! They also encourage you to sign up for a rewards system (which is super easy to do), and I was able earn $20 for my second appointment. Highly recommend for anyone interested in preventative botox!!

My first experience with Pro Md Columbia was awesome. All of the staff were amazing and professional from Amanda at the front desk to Kim with her suggestions on treatment. Megan did an amazing job and I am completely happy with my results. My overall experience was amazing and I can not relate at all to the few negative ratings. Will be referring family and friends and cant wait to see you all at my next appointment!!

I have been to this location about 6 mos ago. The service was wonderful. Everyone I came in contact with was a amazing.I just made an appointment for filler and am confident I will again get great results but when making the appointment I found Amanda not only rude but very condescending to myself and friend.I do not think ProMD would be happy to know how she talks and treats their customers.

ProMD Columbia is always such a lovely experience! The reception staff is beyond friendly and assures patients have the highest level of care from investment to procedures to scheduling. And of course, Meghan is wonderful, personable and highly knowledgeable. I look forward to my visit each quarter!

I got lip fillers and I am so happy with my results!! Everyone at the office was so nice and the woman who did my consultation actually helped ensure I could qualify for a specific sale on product. They really cared about my results. Will definitely come back when I need more fillers!

I was greated pleasantly during my first visit to ProMD Columbia by friendly faces and smiles. The office was very clean and well maintained and everyone was following guidelines. I was happy with my service provided and will definitely be returning in the future!

It’s been a month She absolutely destroyed my face and lips and doesn’t wanna do anything about it injected into the wrong muscle my lips are solid bumps n she said the lady from the front desk in the room and she never came back so unprofessional my face is ruined my lips are now on blisters in my face Is Sideways and medical Director doesn’t even call back

I visited this place for the first time yesterday. I was very nervous as Ive never had filler before and reading the reviews from people who previously had it done gave me a little bit of anxiety, but I wanted to try it, they had the best price for Restylane Lyft, so i took a shot. Meghan is my doctor, and I say IS my doctor because I plan to see her again and again! She is awesome, gentle, easy going, and very professional. She explained what she was going to do and how, she also went over the results and what I should expect. I got a syringe, so I didnt expect a huge difference but I see a huge difference and I love it! I cant wait to go back. I live like 30 miles away - 1 way from this place but its worth the trip.

I had the best experience here!! I came in on Tuesday 9/22 and had a lip filler treatment with Dr.Aponte, she was amazing! Gave really great advice/options and walked me through the whole filler process, I totally trusted her opinion and my lips look amazing! The blonde woman working at the front desk was very nice and welcoming as well. It was all around a 10/10 experience.

Beautiful office! These ladies are amazing. I have gotten both botox and fillers. The process was painless, fast and left me looking like myself, BUT younger. Jen explained every option available and how the procedures would be. This kind of knowledge put my mind at ease and I knew I was in the right hands. I was able to ask any questions I had and Jen took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I am beyond pleased with the results and cant wait to go back and get more of the services they offer. They also offer a lot of incentives that can help lower your costs. If you want those wrinkles gone, THIS is the place to go.

Completely disappointed by front desk Amanda’s lack of professionalism and rude behavior towards myself and my mother. I have never experienced a receptionist be so condescending and so unaware of her social conduct. It’s very odd that I need to feel that an employee is doing me a favor by responding to simple questions or asking for common courtesy. The other staff members were very accommodating, but unfortunately one bad apple has ruined an otherwise pleasant experience.

The stuff were polite and helpful, unfortunately Botox 32 units useless because after 16 days my wrinkles same as before. I have been doing it for the last two years, and this first time when it doesn’t work. If I read someone’s experience with this clinic before I won’t go

I saw Meg Landymore at ProMD Health Columbia two weeks ago for my very first experience with Botox injections. She came highly recommend from a close friend and client of mine, and more than lived up to her reputation. From Kim and Amanda at the front desk to the treatment room, I felt comfortable and informed. This morning I checked in for a follow up and was pleased not to need any adjustments. Kim was awesome in reminding me what my ‘before’ looked like and sharing her judgement not to inject anything today. Everyone was beyond welcoming, my results are fantastic and I can’t wait to continue seeing Meg for aging maintenance. I will be encouraging all my friends and family to visit ProMD Health Columbia!

I saw Meg Landymore at the Columbia ProMD Health, two weeks ago, for Botox. Meg is amazing, professional, and patient. She always all my questions and even recommended items for my husband. This is going to be my go to place for Botox and fillers, in the future.

I was gifted, and received, a botox treatment in mid November. Ive never had a botox treatment prior to that visit. Meg was amazing! I felt welcomed and comfortable as she explained the procedure. The procedure itself was painless. It was fun to watch the results progress over time (its not instantaneous). It has now been over 2 months and my tiny lines are just now starting to show a little. I was thoroughly impressed with the botox treatment provided by Meg Landymore. Due to a past experience with a different plastic surgeon/clinic, I was apprehensive about treating my forehead wrinkles with a botulinum toxin due to the heavy brow appearance I had experienced with dysport. Meg was able to treat all the right muscle groups to give me a smooth forehead without the heavy brows. Thank you, I love my results!
