I am very pleased with the service we received. The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful, as was the nurse supervisor. I took my son in last night about 7:00, only one person in front of us, only waited 5 minutes to be seen. The lady up front was polite and happy to help us. The nurse was very nice and the doctor is always very nice and professional 👍. We’ll definitely go back.

Seven Oaks Location was the Worst. Went in at 2:30 and got out at 6:00. Dr Kennedy was Terrible. Didnt explain anything. Had a Sprained Back from a Fall and he wanted to send me back to work the next day. If you have to come here see someone else not Dr.Kennedy. I Would have preferred to see Dr Swami because hes always been Good. I requested another Doctors Care and the one in Red Bank the Doctor their had more Compassion for Patients.

I had a good experience overall with the doctor here. The only thing is the nurse asked me what pharmacy I needed to use to pick up my medication and she never wrote it down or typed it into any type of system. She had an attitude for some odd reason. Now i’m searching for the location of my medication. Overall they got me in and out and quick and easy. Would definitely recommend other than that incident.

I just received my travel vaccinations from here and would 10/10 recommend. Everyone was so nice. The doctor was so sweet and you can tell he really cares about his patients which put my mind at ease!

Outside of my PCP. This is my favorite local Doctors Care. I’ve been visiting since 2018. Dr Swami is the best. Wait times have never been all that long either.

My experience here went beyond my expectations. The staff were super friendly, informative, and extremely compassionate. The wait was a little lengthy but thats to be expected with the increase in covid cases. Nevertheless, my overall experience was great and this location will be my 1st choice in the future!

I visited 7 Oaks. I had been a regular patient up to about 8 years ago. I informed the receptionist that I was experiencing severe lower back pain. She in formed me 1- The x-ray machine was broken or maybe it had been fixed but there was no tec on duty and 2- Corporate policy was that no prescriptions would be written for controlled drugs. I asked just what the heck they could do for me given this. Receiving no coherent answer I left.If you are in pain or need an x-ray this is not the place. You are better off just taking an Advil and saving your money

Dr. Swami was simply amazing not only was he professional but he was also very personable. I would recommend him and this facility to everyone everyone is nice and pleasent.

We need shots for traveling to a foreign country. The travel services at Doctors Care were great and very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone traveling outside the US.

They are professional from the time you walk into the door. There is usually not a long wait. They always have good providers as well.

Doctor was great, but the wait was far too long.

I was asked where I wanted to have a referral sent. It was sent to a different place. I called them twice to get it fixed. I was put on hold and given the run around about a referral team. If they was going to refer me where they wanted me to go, then why ask where I want to go! I waited from 4:35-6:35pm to be seen. The person the phone stated that I could come and get the referral and take it where I wanted to go, but no one told me that while I was there. Then, I was put on hold forever because you can’t contact the referral team,

Dr. White was informative in breaking down his diagnosis.

The doctor was awesome. He took the time to listen even though they were running behind. I really appreciate Dr. Swaminathan.

Everytime we have been to this Doctors Care our needs have been met and it has been beyond our expectations. I love that you check in and wait from anywhere, then you go at your arrival time and get your paperwork, fill it out in your car and then are brought quickly back to a room. I was thoroughly checked on and checked out by the doctor and nurse. They made sure I understood everything before leaving, wished us well and even called to check on us the next day! That made the experience even better! I have already recommended Doctors Care and this office in particular to several friends and relatives. We hope we wont need to see them all that much, but are so thankful they are located right off St. Andrews Rd and are close and available if we need them. I have visited this clinic several times and the staff has been great! The doctor is super knowledgeable; spends time talking with you ; and has a great bedside manner.

I set up an appointment online, received confirmation, automated texts and everything. When I arrived the doors were locked and a sign was posted saying you were closed for the day. Please make sure to update your status online if you cannot operate on the regular schedule.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon with my three year old since our pediatricians office was closed. The staff was courteous and the visit was fast. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience.

Waiting time was a little long, other than that it was a good visit, I received the services that I came for.

I was referred by my insurance company to have a specific food injury addressed. I arrived @ 7:50 (they open @ 8:00) and there were four people ahead of me. I waited almost 3 hours to be seen. The doctor spent less than 2 minutes with me and told me I needed to see a specialist. I was told that a referral would be sent to my email. Four days later I called to find out why I had not received a referral. I was on hold for more than 10 minutes . I was told that the referral team doesn’t work on weekends and that it could take up to 72 business hours for anyone to contact me.Welcome to the best healthcare system on the planet and this outstanding beacon of public service.

I woke up March 15, 2021 with vomiting, diarrhea, feeling weak, jittery, and nauseous. I thought I had COVID but it turned out to be a stomach virus (thank goodness). The FNP Janice Black was so caring, full of empathy, knowledgeable, and professional. The receptionist Carrie out front was very caring. She noticed it was my birthday while keying in my info and sang happy birthday to me in which I thought was great! The Medical Assistant Courtney displayed the same values as FNP Janice Black and she was a good stick when it came time for blood draw. I only felt a pinch and that was it! And, she wished me happy birthday! The whole team was great and I forgot to mention personable which to me is rare nowadays!Thank you Doctors Care!Pandora Scott

What a waste of my money. Everyone was rude. I called ahead and told them I had gout on my foot and if there was any way I could sign in and fill out paper work when they were ready for me. Front desk said, No. When you come in we give you paperwork and thats how we know youre here. Fine, so to not walk I leaned against the wall to get weight off my foot and filled out half the first page. Then I hear the front desk. Sir, you have to go to your car to do that and we will text you when we are ready for you. I said. Mam I can hardly walk cause of the gout. She said. I understand that, but due to covid you need to go to your car. I go , almost falling and fill it out. They call and as I walk in there is someone doing paperwork right where I was. She said nothing to her about doing her paperwork out in the car. She then told me go through that door and go to door 2 and ill hand you your receipt as you go in. I read the sign and wondered why I was going through the respiratory issues wing if I had no respiratory issues. I walked by the window, and to finally get off my damn foot i just went to room 2 and closed the door. I never received a receipt. Finally the doctor came in and saw me, asked me 3 questions, and asked if I need a note for work. I said yes. He said he will make it for today and tomorrow. I said gout flares usually last for at least 3 days. He said. No more. We can only write notes for one or 2 days. You will have to go to your primary. So here I am cause I need someone to look at it and not just guess. I remember going to that doctors care and feel welcomed and valued. Now they treat customers as if they were a free clinic, except expensive.

I wanted to get a rapid COVID-19 test. I was able to schedule online & wait at home.. The office notified me 30 min before my appt so I would arrive on time. I was able to go straight in a room, have my test, and receive my results in less than 30 minutes. The doctor brought my results and reminded me of the current upsurge and to continue all the precautions. He had a pleasant bedside manner.

I visited this Doctor Care and they refused to give me a doctor excuse of the days needed. First I ask to be seen by a female doctor he stated theres none there. He came into my room not be accompany by anyone but himself very displeased. I did what was necessary to not show anything that would make me uncomfortable later .

Doctor’s Care at Seven Oaks has been my primary medical location for 4 years now, and I have always had very positive experiences! Doctor Swaminathan is very friendly and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to make sure his patients get excellent medical care! Rhonda, one of his main nurses, is also very friendly and efficient! She makes sure to call in a timely manner about appointment reminders and test results.

I had a pleasant visit at Doctors Care. The Physician Assistant( PA) was very thorough and meticulous in providing me with my diagnosis. He explained what, why and how I was experiencing my illness. The PA made my visit worth it; he was knowledgeable, informative, caring and patience.

My partner just left an appointment with Dr. Swaminathan and we are absolutely appalled with his lack of bedside manner.They told the nurse that they did not want to give blood because they were dehydrated, scared of needles, and would probably pass out and the nurse said that would probably be okay. The doctor then demanded a blood test and got very rude when Anna refused. He yelled at them Then what the hell are you doing here? Wasting your money and time? and proceeded to berate them for the rest of the appointment, saying they could end up in the hospital or dead.When they asked for a doctors note for work after this horrible treatment, Dr. Swaminathan condescendingly said Oh so the real reason youre here, and refused to write a note for longer than today. It is extremely common for employers to require doctors notes after calling out sick, and I would think that a doctor would want a patient to stay out of work (especially in food service) when theyre sick, so there is zero reason for him to treat this request as something strange and unusual.Perhaps the doctor was having a bad day, as I see other reviews praising his compassion, but there is no excuse for treating and upsetting a patient this way.We are extremely disappointed to have spent our hard earned money just for my partner to be verbally abused by your doctor.

When you check in online, you get fast service once you are notified of your appointment time. I was about 5 minutes late, and luckily that did not impact my wait/appointment time. Fast, helpful appointment with doctor.

My girlfriend went to the doctors care regarding a very personal matter that strictly required a female doctor but she was told by a male doctor that he was the only doctor. Well yall need to get woman doctors in there as soon as possible. No male doctor will not be checking my woman. Yall got that?!!!!!😠

Dr Swami was amazing.Due to the communication of Telicia and the front office staff, I was able to find out when the physician I wanted to see was in.I felt safe and not a thought at all about Covid on this office from texting to come in and separating patients based on Severity.It was a great, fast, informative Dr Swami.I had a serious spider bite on my face so although it looked simple it took a knowledgable doctor to get me straight fast.From the front website, front office to Dr.Swamis accuracy and supplying the prescriptions, I was able to feel better immediately, not feel like I compromised Covid and was on my way to the hospital to help someone else all in perfect timing.One more day could have made the difference but he made time for me.Several years ago I had another spider bite on my face and it was so far gone I almost died. He accurately diagnosed and got me feeling better ASAP which is why I will always come back here for anything.

Had Chest Pain. Was seen immediately. Given an EKG, Chest X-Ray, antibiotic shot and 3 prescriptions. Dr. Kennedy took his time, explained everything to me and the rest of the Staff was very caring. They made me feel comfortable at a scary time in my life.

I have visited this Doctors Care for the last several years and I always have a good experience. I primarily use them for sick visits. The online checkin is great and I’m in and out very quickly. Dr. Jay S. Is who I usually see and he is wonderful.

I was there for an hour and left the same way I came. Only 1 test done No covid test. No proper temperature reading just prescribed medicine.

Horrible! DO NOT GO HERE! Waited over an hour for my husband tests only to have to ask the receptionist for the results. They said they called in a prescription and never did and won’t even call it in after I called them. They were extremely rude and uncaring. Worst medical experience EVER!

Love the doctor here. Been several times for a few different issues and he’s always very nice and fixes the problem. The staff there has also been helpful and welcoming. There is a wait sometimes but it’s worth it for same-day appointments and being able to go go after work/on weekends.

This is my go-to spot for myself, husband, and my kids when we cant get into the pediatrician. The doctors are friendly and helpful and it is always a quick in and out. Better customer service the most traditional offices!

The phrase that no one wants to hear from a doctor, “I don’t know they don’t train us on that”. Well then recommend me to someone who has been trained...but they didn’t...just sent me on my way knowing nothing....So please don’t make the mistake I did...please go somewhere else. I mean convenience on a Saturday sure, but I could have gotten a better diagnosis from a gorilla at the zoo.

Checking in online was an absolute waste of time.I used the check in online feature, their “Wait Where You Want”. It was my understanding that when I used this feature I would be placed in line waiting with those that were actually at the center waiting. The center opened at 8am, I checked in online at 8:23am, there were 4 people ahead of me according to the check in feature. I was told that my anticipated time to be seen would be 10:18am. I couldn’t believe that for a place to be open for only 23 minutes the wait was already so long, but I was fine with it because I was able to wait at home. I received a text at 9:48am saying to arrive within 30 minutes for my appointment. I got there right at 10, a little early. While sitting there 5 people were called back. Clearly I was not really placed in line when I checked in online. I wasn’t called back until 11:21 where they took basic vitals, asked me why I was there, then told me to wait for the doctor. The doctor made his appearance at 11:54. He literally spent 2 minutes “talking” to me. He told me a few things, asked me no questions about what I thought was going on, made some suggestions to solve the issue then sent me on my way to pick up a prescription for $480 that “may” work (after paying $105 for this visit). I was in my car within 3 minutes of him walking into the room to talk to me. Very disappointed and frustrated for many reasons. Clearly the check in system is inaccurate, I was obviously not in line in the system when I checked in online. Someone who just walked in got called back right after me which makes me think I could have just been a walk in and it wouldn’t have wasted so much of my day. I would have been better off just showing up first thing in the morning.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars. All I can say is go ahead and drive right past this place on your way to another Doctors Care or the Emergency room up the road a ways. We waited for well over an hour before we were ever even taken into the back and then waited another 30 minutes before the doctor checked on us. This would not be a big deal if the place was busy but we were the only people in the waiting room.

I was pleased with my visit overall, the nurses were kind and the physician was more personable than other doctors I have seen at different doctors care facilities. The wait time was long but they warned me about that up front (as I was a walk in) and it is peak flu season. Id definitely go back

The wait time is VERY long , they charge like $130 per visit and they can only treat you for 1 thing at a time. Most cases they send you home because everything is good or send you somewhere else to waste more money .
