The telephone staff at this office acts as though they are put out by doing the job. Specifically Demetrica is so rude and has the worst costumer service. She should probably stay home rather than come to work with clients that actually need her to do her assigned job.

Had been a patient of this practice in the past but my Doctor left and I let a couple of years goBy until I had a health issue and tried to get back with them boy terribly unprofessional operation now. They clearly say they’re taking new patients so I tried to get an appointment with Dr Mazzola (maybe spelled wrong), 20 minutes in the waiting room couldn’t make it happen, had to leave they said they would call never did, called after a week given office mgr voice mail asked her to call me never did I called her back said she called the wrong number but this Doctor wouldn’t take me on as a patient because of the medication I was on 3 years ago, something smells in Denmark, don’t know if this will be seen by anybody but that practice or Doctor are worthless.

The doctors in the practice could not do their job without the excellent staff they have. Always helpful and friendly staff especially when having a medical issue in need of my doctor. Be respectful and the staff will be helpful.

I was a former patient of Dr. Meadows and due to life/college have not been in to see her for about 5 years. I called the office 2 weeks ago to get a general appointment, today I finally got a call back and was told that she is no longer accepting patients and that no other doctor in the practice would see me because I was a former patient of someone in the practice. I could understand this if Dr. Meadows was still accepting patients but to tell me to go somewhere else when I am willing to see another provider in the office is crazy to me.

I saw Dr. Meadows at Columbia Medical Group for years and was happy with the care until she left. Since then, I have had terrible service. Demetrika (one of the front office staff) is so rude that I left this practice all together.

The doctor I was seeing at Columbia Medical Group is great but I will have to switch to another PCP because the office staff sucks. If you need to schedule an appointment, get medical advice etc. You will be playing the voicemail game; rarely do you get to speak to staff on phone immediately (it is ALWAYS on call back). I cancelled my appointments and Im looking for another place with better service, I just wish I can bring the doctor with me.

I had my very first appointment with them today as a new patient and when I tell you it was the BEST experience I have had, I truly mean it. I did not even have to wait 10 minutes to be seen, and they send you your paperwork ahead of time so you can fill it out prior to coming to your appointment so that makes check-in a breeze while youre waiting those few minutes. Also, the nurse practitioner Jennifer Gillis is extremely kind and sweet and definitely takes her time to get to know you as a patient/person; you can see she truly cares. Im so glad Ive finally found a great PCP and looking forward to the future with The Columbia Medical Group.

Jennifer Gillis, the nurse practitioner, is great. She was super nice and helpful. The office staff is great too.

The worst physician and practice experience I have ever had. Its understandable that everyone makes clerical errors from time to time, even doctors. Its how you handle the correction of that error that shows your level of professionalism. The office staff has been unresponsive and downright rude.

Unprofessional service. I would give this practice a negative rating, if I could.I made an appointment as a new patient in the Fall for a January appointment. Given that I did not get a confirmation call or letter, I called to confirm. I was told that they lost my paper work and that I have to have an appointment in March. I said OK.I just listened to a message from the doctors office canceling my appointment and rescheduling for May!!!I was told that they were accepting patients. It is clear that they dont want my business. If they cant see me next week then they should give a referral to someone who can accommodate.Internists are supposed to be primary care physicians, but apparently they primarily dont care about people.

The entire facility was excellent.Office staff,nursing,MRI (Renee) & Dr . Williams were friendly,thorough,and skilled in every aspect of their duties.It is not easy finding a practice where everyone is exceptional,and clean.Highly recommend.
