If they had a zero....that would have been the score. I called the Columbia office to get info about the company and ask questions. Yolanda picked up the phone and I could not get anywhere trying to ask questions. She was to the point of being rude no matter what I tried to ask; she demanded to know who my current company was and would not let me speak with anyone else but her unless I gave her the info...then, I was hung up on! I called back and asked her why I couldnt get any answers and she went into a long explanation and gave me corporates number. I dialed the number only to get a bunch of voicemails and extensions. So impersonal!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! I am looking for a reputable, caring, compassionate company and thought ADDUS was a great company until this happened today! Definitely crossing this company off my list! If this is the way they treat someone calling in just to get info, what should anyone expect from their care!!!
