Dale Phillips was very rude and unprofessional in person. It seemed like he didn’t want to be there.
Very disappointed in our case manager that did not manage our Moms care well from beginning. Took 2 days to get her Morphine while she was suffering and actively dying. Unacceptable! Weekend on-call issues and no follow through from nursing director either. DME company took too long to deliver supplies too when needed. If I could give them an overall rating I would say -10*. Does not deserve a star at all. Only saving grace they have is their LPN Amanda, angel.
This is a great team, and a great family!!
I called at 8:30 in the morning and spoke with Sue. She was great! I was able to get the help I needed.
