This is my go to pet-store in Columbia! They never disappoint on their dog treat and toy selection. Every time I have been into this location I have had amazing customer service!

The groomer, Nicaylia, is friendly, polite, and kept us well informed of the grooming progress. Our canine was incredibly soft after! Normally our dog has high anxiety and rarely cooperates when strangers take her leash. However she followed Nicaylia eagerly. The up front staff greeted us upon arrival and gave us some promotional treats at checkout. Customer service here alone is worth the trip.

I was impressed with this store. Its geared towards dog and cat owners. We have a pup with some separation anxiety. They put us on to some CBD oil peanut butter and lick mats that you freeze. The staff are super knowledgeable, friendly and care about animals. All the products they sell are safe vetted products. Our cashier let us know that if the lick matt wasnt complex enough to entertain her that we could just bring it back and try another one. They also have classes to train your pets. The products here I havent seen anywhere else.

Have shopped here for years and finally got to have my dog groomed here. Ainsely was the absolute greatest with my very anxious senior dog. For the first time basically ever my dog wasnt clawing to get out of the building after a grooming and was super chilled out and gorgeous thanks to her excellent groomer! Cant wait to get her groomed here again and continuing shopping for all our other doggy needs here.

They take great care of my senior Pomeranian. She’s not a fan on bathing or grooming, but she likes Jeff. I can tell when she gets home that she’s been well taken care of. All staff that I have encountered provide great service. Thank you!

A good selection of independent food and treat brands as well as toys and equipment types you dont see at big box stores. The reason to go is the really helpful and friendly staff. Its clear they love dogs (cats too) and theyre knowledgeable about their products. Training classes are available and special baked treats are made on site.

I have gone to this location to get my golden doodle groomed with Andrea. Since the beginning she has been very thorough to understand how I want my pup to look after grooming. I have never been disappointed. I’ve regularly gone to her for several times and my dog has become more and more comfortable with having his nails trimmed. She is very calming to be around and my dog is always happy to see her. She also is great at communicating and has been flexible to schedule. Considering the customer service she provides, it is well worth the cost!!

We love Lizzy & Roccos they have a great selection of pet products from food and toys to self or full service dog bathing. Our dog has even taken obedience classes there.

Frankie/Franky took it upon herself to explain the dog training process thoroughly and then walked us around the entire store pointing out her personal recommendations for dog products. Contacted the trainer as informed and were responded to promptly. 10/10 would recommend. Way better than the big box stores.

One of my favorite businesses in Columbia by far! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgable. During the pandemic I have been able to make multiple purchases over the phone. Both times the staff member took the time to explain my options and make sure I was buying exactly what I needed since I couldnt come to the store. They even deliver now too! I cant say enough nice things about this business and would definitely recommend them to any como pet owner.

This place, while small, has such an awesome selection of food and toys for cats and dogs! They welcome leashed animals into the store, and the people there are SO NICE!!!!! Their adoration and concern for your critters health is so apparent in everything they do, and theyre worth the price!

We had our labradoodle groomed here and they did a great job! She seemed much more relaxed than when I took her to other grooming places. We will definitely return!

I want to commend these lovely ladies at Lizzi & Rocco’s!! I have had such a roller coaster of a ride with my ol’ gal Tinkerbell!It first started with her not eating her hard food anymore. I originally went through dozens of sample bags with Lindsey at the I-70 location and she never gave up till we found something that worked!Since then I now frequent the location on the south side off Grindstone since it is close to my work. Andrea has been AMAZING! We went through again more food samples and tried some soft food, we found yet another winning combination! Tinkerbell started having problems with arthritis in her back legs and she quickly recommended some fish broth and goats milk which has definitely been helping! And now Tinkerbell stopped eating after recently having two seizures...I went in there near tears tonight and Andrea asked me how Tinkerbell was doing (like she does every time I come in ❤️) I quickly explained what the new events with my dog have been, she and the other ladies there tonight (I’m so sorry I don’t know all the names yet) jumped into action! Recommendations, samples, suggestions, positive thoughts, you name it!...They have now become my therapy session weekly! I came home tonight and started trying some of the samples and after almost 48 hours of Tinkerbell not eating she FINALLY started eating again! I am so excited and so grateful for everything ❤️ this company, it’s employees, and their overall compassion for our furbabies!Thank you all for everything from the bottoms of my heart! ❤️☺️

Great place! We were not having any luck feeding a stray kitten we adopted, and unfortunately everything we tried from the Vet wasnt working. A couple samples of food later, these folks were able to find something that the kitten can eat and not leave surprises all over the house.Theyre knowledgable, helpful, and always cheerful- all great things for a local business :)

Wonderful place for a natural selection on anything pet related. We get our cat treats, dog treats, and collars here. We also take our dog for baths in their self-sevice bath stations. Higly reccomend!

They have great deals - the toys I buy there last twice as long as toys from other stores. Plus they sell ACANA brand food and its the only kind my Benny will eat!

Friendly staff. My pup loves the natural treats like lamb lung (liver?), chicken littles (?), and freeze dried chicken hearts. Most recently I purchased the mini pupcakes for my furbabys birthday and he loved those! There are also peanut butter and oat bon bons that he loved as well.Also the soy candles are amazing! Pricey on the jar candles, but I get the wax melts usually. LOVE the scents!
