Got there right as they opened and it was filthy, not to mention broken beads on the trampoline that actually hurt my feet, my son was bummed because almost everything was closed off with caution tape. There was a sign up informing that the climbing things would open at noon, when they werent, we asked about it, the lady rudely said that the sign was left up accidentally from the weekend, you have to wait till 4pm. Waited way to long to buy drinks, no one ever helped us. Only gave the 2 stars because the time before this visit was pretty ok, but this time was terrible overall and a waste of $40.

Great activities for the family. Not one is doing anything about keeping anyone safe. No cleaning and a handful of people have a mask on including me and my kid. We will not be back.

We love Surge! So many things to do with lots of space. They also have a small toddler playset and toddler jump area. We could spend hours here.

Staff( they ones that knew what they was talking about)were great . Covid 19 precautions we in play and being enforced. Cplace was clean and kids had a great time. Made me wish this was around when I was a kid😁 trampolines were awesome with game and basket ball and had an arcade as well. Appropriate(good time) for ages 1-16

Nice place to do birthday parties let the kids have a blast

We visited this place for my granddaughters 9th birthday! It was pretty cool! We had a great time! She even got to climb the rock wall, attempt the ninja course, etc. It reminded her of her gymnastics classes! The staff was fun and very helpful, for the most part. The only thing that would have made this an even better experience is if a lot of the games were in working order... air hockey, ski ball, etc.

Dirty, trash every where, staff doesnt keep up, padding and obstacles broken. This Surge needs help asap. Going down fast.

Kami and David treated me and my family of 8 so well, we will definitely be back for another family outing. I haven’t had such a great time with my kids in so long! Kami and David definitely made sure all of our jumping needs were perfect. I greatly appreciate it!!

So much fun for EVERYONE and so much to do! Theres a main Court, dodgeball court, Zipline, Ninja course and more!!

My kids enjoyed every minute of it. Employees were nice and respectful!

It was $52.00 for 2 kids and for 2 hours. We have been here before and it is a fun place, however this visit was different. Needing lots of cleaning!!! All floors were dirty, concrete and carpeted floors. My boys found multiple items in the pits. These need emptied and cleaned. We found a cell phone, water bottles, socks, masks and trash. In which we turned in the phone and disposed of the rest. The staff was slim and not attentive to the guests. There are several attractions still unusable and have been shut down all four times we visited. It is very costly to visit and would be nicer to have all attractions in working order, cleaner and attentive. We want to support this business but have higher expectations as a guest.

One of the Surge employees picked up a ball in dodge ball arena today and threw it as hard as he could and hit my 13 yr old son at close range in the side of the head. My son was completely unaware and not ready to defend himself as there was not an active game ongoing at the time of the incident. When I confronted the employee about how inappropriate and dangerous his actions were, he became angry, threatened me and came towards me like he wanted to fight. Another employee held him back and tried to explain what he was he was doing was completely inappropriate. He came at me a second time and at that point I went to the managers office to file a complaint. I will never go back to Surge and highly recommend no one else go to the Surge located at 230 Business Park Blvd, Columbia, SC. Not one of the employee even bothered to apologize for this person’s totally inappropriate behavior. Had my son been seriously injured this would not have ended well for the owner. Just wanted to share my experience with others in the Columbia area.

Surge is a very nice place. The employees are nice and always willing to help. My hostess Natalie did awesome. Thank you so much. I will definitely use them again to have my grandbaby parties.

We discovered Surge today and we couldn’t have had a better Time. Their COVID protocols are solid and they keep the place spotless. The staff was awesome and very attentive!It’s without a doubt the best trampoline park in the Columbia area!

Very convenient place to have birthday parties. The kids had a blast. Mia, the worker, was very professional and appropriately addressed every concern that we had. This made the experience fun & smooth sailing.

Great place to have fun but if you’re not play bring a jacket or a coat. This facility his huge and I’m always freezing when I’m here . The staff even wears jackets to keep warm. The wharehouse needs a little more heat during the cold months .

The teenagers were sitting on the equipment which made them be in the way of the kids playing... Better control over the crowd please.....

I went for my nephews sixth birthday and it was FUNN! Adults are able to jump as well as the children. Its definitely family oriented. The feel of the facility is where do I start first? Its big and you dont know which trampoline to jump on first. I wish that I had a place as this when I were little. My mother in law jumped with my nephew and shot basketball at the same time. It was amazing. I really enjoyed watching them all!

I really loved coming here, I went for my cousins birthday along with my own and both times there were great people with great communication and people skills who really helped out with questions we had. Also, the atmosphere we were in was great, very clean and sanitary. Best of all, there was fun activities for me, my friends, and family to do. It was not just trampolines but they had a trapeze, zip line, and other fun climbing activities. It is for sure a great place to have a good time at. I would very much suggest this place!

Great place for kids of all ages... especially grown kids.

No hot food available to purchase. They should at least have pizza, fries, nachos, etc. But all they had to purchase was junk food (overpriced chips, sugary snacks and candy.)

This place is a lot of fun but a little dirty like trash everywhere and the floors are sticky and some of the trampolines have big stains on them.

This was our first time here and it was awesome fun for my grandson s 9th bday, we (including myself😌) jumped our little hearts out. The ninja maze, the toddler zone and the arcade games kept everyone entertained so i will definitely spread the word.

My kids and I love this place. We go here quite often. We make beautiful memories every time.

The kids had fun, but customer service was pretty much nonexistent once you checked in. No one stayed at the check-in or prize desk. I’m not sure if they’re under staffed or just lazy.

The experience today with your CSR Natalie, was out of control for no reason what so ever especially for her to act like that in front of children.While attempting to purchase a family pack with a gift certificate that I purchased back in Sept. 2020. I was informed that I couldn’t do that. When I asked Natalie for clarification as to why? She responded in a very disrespectful tone and demeanor in front of my children because that’s how much it cost. I am not sure why she felt the need to speak to me like that especially when I did not provoke that type of response. I proceeded to tell her I was only asking a question there was no need to speak to me like that. Her response was I was answering your question. Again with a very disrespectful demeanor and tone. Now all of my children are looking at me like Mom why is she speaking to you like that. So I proceeded to ask for a manger and was told she is the manager. I then told Natalie that’s fine. Then she turned around and asked one her coworkers who seemed to be walking by if Nia was around. The coworker said no she’s in the back. Natalie then picked up her cell phone and called Nia. Telling her exactly what I asked for clarification on. While Nia was on the phone I stated why couldn’t you tell me that. That was all I asked for was clarification. By this point all four of the children and myself were clearly upset. I handed her my debit card paying for their ticket and sat down to write this complaint. In hopes that someone will address this young lady’s poor customer service and lack of respect. I have also emailed the location to make them aware of what happened today and am requesting a follow up to this incident.Let it be clear am writing this while still clearly upset however I have never had someone speak to me like that before especially in front of my children and it took everything in me to keep my composure and complete this transaction.

Surge is absolutely amazing! The entire family will have a great time. You are able to bring your own food and drinks. We had so much fun. I was hurting 2 days later from jumping but it was all worth it. My baby had a blast and her friends did too. I gave a 4 star because the front entrance isnt secured.

Great atmosphere for the kids. Hand sanitizer available and mask worn. Birthday partys spaced out well. If the music could be muted just for a moment when the parties are being called over that would help on time getting the kids.

I had fun with the aerial bar that when I dropped I was stuck sinking in the sponges. Laughing the whole time. Lost my socks in the sponges. I JUST had PLAIN fun.

My son, his friends, and cousins had a blast. Lots to do. Way better than our other local trampoline park. Very clean. Friendly and available staff. Lots of comfortable places for parents to relax and watch all of the excitement.

Our party was amazing. Great staff, awesome facility. Your kids will absolutely enjoy it here. The only thing I wish with a party there was a option to include food.

Paid for 3hrs then realized I could have paid for 1hr and stayed. Most jumpers didnt even have wrist bands. People just walk in the front door and go to the right put on the socks that they had from the previous visit and dont even pay to play.

Just had a birthday party here for my son and we are beyond pleased. Not only is it cheaper than other jump facilities, the party time is much longer! I love they provided all the water bottles needed as well as party supplies. Our party host was fantastic and made the experience even more enjoyable. Kate constantly checked to make sure we were more than pleased and did so in the best personality. I also appreciated being able to bring in my own food for the party and not having to buy pricey cardboard pizzas from the facility. The kids had so much fun especially in the dodgeball pit...it has been deemed the best party ever! Thanks Surge and Kate for making this moms life a little easier.

Great place to take your kids. The best trampoline park and then some in the NE side of town. They dont have wifi here, only thing that really sucks. Thank you for the military discount!!!!

Great place to jump around & have fun.

Was really rushed.. Not a good experience, and extremely pricey. Thought we would get a few extra minutes as one of the managers knew my daughter got hurt on zip line. Oh well wont be back, hurry up Adrenaline and open back up.....

Brought my son to get out of the house. Despite half the activities being closed down they still charged $17 for my one child to play for 50min. NOT coming back. Way too pricey.Staff don’t regulate other customers and allow older customers (teenagers) to bash the smaller children playing dodgeball. If you have little ones, make sure you’re keeping an eye out for your child’s safety. I had to pull mine out because it was getting out of control.
