Fit Central is a group fitness class type of setup, everything from yoga, zumba, cardio classes and strength classes, with two studio rooms. The instructors there are great, the vibe is unmatched and they keep it very clean in there, rooms, hallways and bathrooms, also they have childcare access, which is fantastic.

Fit Central is the best. I’ve been a member at other gyms in the past. None offered what this gym does. The classes are fun with excellent, energetic instructors who motivate. The owner is kind and caring and the members are friendly. If you’re looking for a place to support getting or staying in shape, this is the place.

This gym is the best! I’ve been a member here for 5 years. They have Great classes and instructors and the members here are super friendly! Come here and make some friends while you get fit.

The staff and fitness instructors are wonderful! I look forward to going to the Power Pump class every week and have definitely noticed a difference in my strength.

A few years ago I joined them for a 6 month membership. Just a few weeks in I sustained a knee injury and had to discontinue. I even produced medical evidence that I had to seek physiotherapy for it. They believed me but refused to give me a partial refund.Poor business practice!!

Fit Central provides a fun, energetic workout in a clean and safe gym. Kristina Schafer-Mills is the absolute best instructor ever! Her classes are both fun and energized! She takes a personal interest in all of her students. This gym is the cleanest and friendliest gym in Columbia. I love the total Workout provided by Fit Central.

There are so many wonderful things I can say about All Group Fitness! The variety of classes offered, the instructors are great, very clean facility and everyone is so nice, they make you feel part of the family.How can I forget the free child care! The kids always look like they are having so much fun. I highly recommend All Group Fitness, it has something for everyone at any fitness level.

Great studio! Clean, friendly staff, convenient location, plenty of parking, super fun group fitness classes with a wide variety offered, skilled instructors and something for all skill and fitness levels. Child care available in the studio as well! Love it!

I have been to many gyms in Columbia, but this is by far my favorite! It is more of a community, than a gym. Everyone feels welcome! The instructors are amazing and totally keep you motivated to keep coming back for more. They are the only gym in Columbia to offer the Les Mills CXWORX. This class totally gave me my waist back! If you want some fun outside the gym, they offer that too with an organized social at a restaurant in Columbia every month.

Regardless of what time you go, they are always amply-staffed. You don’t have to worry about arriving during lean hours and not having anyone attending to you. Also, they have all the equipment that you need, and you can ask anyone questions and they are informed enough to answer.

Not your average gym! Its classes only, some personal training available. People of varying ages and abilities - its very friendly and inviting.
