Front desk staff was great, especially Loretta. She went above and beyond to help me figure out my billing. The whole experience ended up refreshing as I was sort of nervous to start with. I left happy and will be back should I ever need outpatient surgery in the future!

The front staff of Surgery Center were awesome! They were very pleasant and helpful they do have a lot of paperwork but that should be expected when you are having a procedure. Little bit of wait for my appointment but overall the experience was good .

Loretta is extremely rude. I called to ask some questions about a bill. After not making any sense to me, she lost her patience and said “Okay, I’m not going to sit here and argue with you. You can call back tomorrow, but I assure you no one else here is going to say anything different than me.” Then she hung up the phone on me. If someone is incapable of patiently explaining bills, previous payments, and payment plans after a very expensive SURGERY, someone else needs to be answering phone calls.

Very Professional! Couldnt have had a more positive experience from the front staff , nurses and doctors. Would recommend highly.

Very rude front desk staff. Will take my Mom somewhere else next time.
