Dr. Chock and his staff are great. He is very knowledgeable and listens to all you have to say. The care you receive is 5+ stars.Had been here previously with family and knew the wait time would be long. We waited about an hour and fifteen minutes after our appointment time before we were called back and spent about another 45 minutes waiting in the room. The wait time is very long, and could be handled better but the care you receive is excellent.

If I could take stars away, I would. First off waited over an hour before being taken to a room. Then waited for another hour only to be told that the doctor would be in the room in 5 minutes. Finally almost 3 hours after the appointment time the doctor decided to grace us with his presence wearing a dirty lab coat. Disgustingly dirty!!! Im not talking about maybe a little stain from eating a snack or lunch or something, but the white lab coat appeared to have never been washed. The dirt around the sleeve openings, the pockets, and the hem were too much for me to take my eyes off of. I have never been so grossed out by a doctor as I was today. I can only image how unsanitary anything else would be. Will definitely be looking for another gastro doctor.

Dr. Chock is very knowledgeable and the staff friendly; however the wait time is extensive even with an appointment you are waiting well over a hour. It can be time consuming. I suggest being more mindful of the patients time.

Nothing like waiting an hr past your appointment time to be seen, and when speaking with the person at the front deak (when there is one) i was told they dont go off of appointment times to bring people back. This is rediculous, I am a very reasonable person but i am tired of waiting when I made an appointment and was on time for it.

Time is like money people want to know their time is as valuable as others. When an appointment is regularly 45 minutes past your appontment time it isnt fair.If you as a patient are late 45 min, you could possible be billed as a no show or have to rescheduleWhile the doctor is thorough respect for peoples time needs to be considered

Physician is knowledgeable however office visit wait times, poor follow through on billing, and poor staff response time to questions is making me look elsewhere.

The only reason for the one star rating, is because I could not choose anything lower!!! The doctor has absolutely NO REGARD for the time of others. This is not the first time, but definitely will be the last, that I have waited in excess of an hour past my appointment time to be called. This is absolutely ridiculous and totally unacceptable!!!!

Been sitting here for over 21/2 hours. Is our time not worth anything?Why have an appointment!!!!!!!!
