Dr. Goodwin is the best doctor. He has been my primary for three decades or so. He is extremely thorough. On one yearly wellness appointment I was sitting on the exam table with my legs handing down from the end of the table. As he was walking around the end of the exam table where I was sitting, he pointed to my ankle and said I want you to see your dermatologist about this. He was pointing to a black spot on my ankle. On my own I would never have done so. It looked harmless. I went and & it was a melanoma. It was early thanks to Dr. GoodwinHe literally saved my life. I owe him my life.

Dr. Goodwin has been my PCP for many years and he always been caring, thorough and interested in working with me collaboratively as to health issues. He is the best PCP I’ve ever seen. Over the years I’ve experienced a few of the same staff issues called out in other reviews, primarily in the front office, however that has changed for the positive in recent years. Highly recommend Dr. Goodwin.

I believe Dr. Goodwin is very knowledgeable as a physician. He listens well as I describe any health concerns & he provides a written copy of his recommendations at the end of the session.

Ive been a patient for 25 years. Staff has changed but same quality care and insightful manner from the doctor. Everyone that I have referred including my wife and both kids are pleased and continue to get quality, professional care.

Caring staff and clean office

Doctor Goodwin is very thorough and has given me excellent care for years. As others have noted, there was a time when his staff was fairly inept. That is no longer true. Everyone in his office is helpful.

Dr. Goodwin is an excellent, caring, highly competent physician. Any concerns about his previous staff (the apparent primary complaint by other reviewers, resulting in an unfairly low rating) have been resolved. His current staff is top notch. If you are looking for a primary physician, you couldnt do better than Dr. Goodwin.

Me and my family have been going to Dr Goodwin for years. Hes always been good, but now his staff there (previous issue) are better than ever. Highly recommend.

The secretaries are completely rude and should not be working there with the attitude that they present to people. they will smirk and laugh in your face. they cant even give you a straight answer. and when you do get an answer its only after days of having to call and finally show up at there office that they will give you an answer without even asking the doctor first. needless to say im finding a new doctor.

Dr Goodwin is a pretty good doctor but his receptionists and phone system is beyond horrible! Ive been hung up on numerous times, put on hold for over 15 minutes before, and most of the time it takes 5-7 phone attempts to even be able to talk to someone! The phone system rings and rings, you get a voice message saying theyre unavailable, the phone mail is turned off, and please call back.Every attempt at dealing with the receptionists and talking to someone always stresses me out and upsets me beyond belief.

Dr. Goodwin is good, but his staff is useless. They are rude and don’t follow through.Not sure why Dr Goodwin allows this kind of work ethic.

Robert Goodwin is a good Doctor but his practice is terrible! Dr. goodwin s staff is incompetent and his medical assistant, from what I could tell she isn t a doctor, lack professionalism for a veterinrian practice! Times must be becoming more difficult in his practice based on the fact that the receptionist performed medical task that a nurse would perform. I could never return to his practice in the future!

Worst experience of my life. Only wanted to push cholesterol medicine, when I refused he became irritated. When I left his practice, he continue to interfere in my care. I had to server HIPPA papers twice before he stopped.

Ive been with Dr Goodwin for over 20 years. He has always been there when I had a problem. Ive never felt rushed in his office, he always takes the time to go over the problem and asks if there is anything else.

Worst staff imaginable. Wait time is also horrible.
