Dr. J.Alan Henderson is number one as far as I am concerned. My mother, a patient of his has dementia and is now home bound. However, any paperwork from the in home health care that needs attention/approval is handled expeditiously by him and his office. He has always been gentle and patient with her paying close attention to her needs. I will always be ever so grateful to him and his staff. May God richly bless them!

I absolutely love Dr. henderson (the son). But its hard for me to end those extra couple of stars on due to check in. Deborah is usually the one that the check-in window when Im there. She seems like she is always in a bad mood. Shes rude in front of you, and shes rude on the phone. Shes very short and curt when she speaks to people. She will also raise her voice at someone in the lobby instead of simply calling them up to the window. I watched her nearly yell across the room to someone. She asked her what her last name was and she gave it to her. And then Deborah responded with well thats not what it says on your chart. And then she continued to give her an attitude about the last name issue because apparently she was married and had a name change. Instead of politely asking her to come up to figure the issue out, she asked her if it was changed on her insurance to which she said no, not yet. And Deborah responded if its not changed there, then obviously its not changed in our system. It was incredibly unnecessary and if it had been me I would have told her to shut her mouth and speak to me professionally and politely.

I always feel welcome here and receive great care!

This morning i called the office to ask if they received paperwork from my sons college( Ms. Wendy who should be fired after reading all the bad reviews) was so rude to me, she did not allow me to fully explain why i was calling before being so rudely interrupted!!! and stated even if they did sent it we would have no respond because we dont except request through the fax!!!!! I dont understand if a medical release is sign why would this information not be sent!!! I am telling you, Dr. Henderson and his nurse are very professional, but i think i will be taking my business else where. whoever is over this office or over (Wendy)should have your office staff (Wendy) take some classes on how to communicate professionally with patients!

Dr. Frampton Henderson is a wonderful doctor. He will sit, listen and discuss how you are feeling before and after your exam. His nurse and staff are exceptional and great at what they do considering the many patients that are seeing multiple doctors in this practice. I highly recommend Dr. Henderson and Providence Family Practice LLC.

I’m 30 years old and haven’t visited Dr. Alan Henderson in nearly 3 years. I called back and they were nice enough to see me quickly. I appreciate Alan because he is willing to listen and take the time to explain to me in laymen’s terms my specific concerns. I recommend him to all my friends.

Dr. James Henderson saw me today for an initial checkup. I have never met a kinder, more pleasant physician, and I am most grateful at the amount of time he spent with me, not only discussing my medical needs, but helping to find ways for me to afford to pay for them. I feel as if they were really unprofessional and rude for no apparent reason. I feel as if they need to learn how to treat people as if they would want to be treated. I also feel that if I had different insurance that I would had been treated a lot better. Some facilities seem to show discrimination against certain patients Medicaid patients to be exact and that shouldnt be. A human is a human. If they have canceled a patients appointment they should bring that to the patients attention before the day of their appointment. I was told that everything was fine, no one told me that they canceled my appointment. So my appointment was canceled for no reason after I had already contacted them the day or two prior to the appointment day and they talked to me really rudely and unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend this place to no one. They even went as far as stating that I gave them a stolen card number when in fact the card was canceled because of it being misplaced it was never reported stolen. instead of asking for a explanation they just assumed the card was indeed stolen and they kept throwing up my children, saying that I cant reschedule a appointment for them when if fact my call was only about myself and that was it, all of what they were saying was irrelevant and unnecessary They should really learn how to treat people. No professionalism at all.

Ive been coming here for years. You could not find a better staff. From the front desk to the back have been extremely courteous and always caring. You can not get a better PCP than this place .Dont let the poor reviews from unscrupulous rewiers lead you astray.

I have been a patient at this practice seeing Dr Law since early 1994. The office and nursing staff move quickly and are businesslike at times, but, I have always found them to be helpful, caring and kind.

I am so embarrassed the way some of the nurses treat their patience. I called to see a doctor for a returned visit but a nurse by name Wendy was so rude to me to the point of asking me to go to a different practice. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but she was worst than her. She was so rude to me. I will say the doctors are so doing a great job.

(WENDY) the receptionist is a VERY RUDE AND NASTY person which is going to cause me for 2018 to start with a new doctor because she is to NASTY AND RUDE TO PATIENTS to deal with before speaking with my doctor/or their doctor/or their nurse........ PFP need to do better because to many people are complaining ...just NASTY!!!

PLEASE, PLEASE!!!! Stay a way from this racist clinic, WENDY is a very rude and disrespecful less of a female whos VERY unprofessional over the phone she need to be FIRED!!!
