Me and my family have been patients for many years. We all love Dr. Law and the rest of the doctors. I’ve never had a problem getting refills for my scripts but it did take some getting use to not being able to get through at lunch. That wasn’t always the case but I guess it’s necessary given the number of patients they see throughout the day.

Dr Law is a great Doctor. However the front desk and staff is very unhelpful. They are closed from noon to two and wont help with anything other than making appointments. They refuse to take messages even though they are physically on site. You cannot leave messages for the doctors or doctors assistants or nurses via email or voice mail. If you call in a prescription they will refuse to give the info to the doctor unless you provide the exact dosage amounts. If you dont remember your amounts or dont carry your meds with you (which who does if you only take meds in the morning or at night) you are out of luck. They refuse to pass on the message even though the information is clearly available in the computer system. They frequently make mistakes but it is very difficult to have them corrected due to the extreme difficulty of contacting or speaking with anyone other than the gatekeepers making the errors. They can also be quite rude if you dare to question their policies and how they operate. In my opinion they are doing a good doctor a great disservice. If you are planning on becoming a new patient, I would think twice.
