First visit at massage envy. Very clean facility and just awesome people. Miss Kai the Manager was very nice and explained everything in great detail!My therapist Jessica was GREAT! The front desk lady was more than kind, even watched me walk to my car, as per my request, because it was dark out. Kind & caring staff makes the experience even better. I enjoy coming here. My adult acne has been extremely bad for the past 2 years. I’ve tried every facial wash, scrub and have even seen a dermatologist. I would clear up the acne but I was stuck with the dark marks/hyperpigmentation. I’ve since been working with Ms Lesley to clear up my face. She has been awesome and I can definitely see a difference. I go faithfully for my chemical peels and my microdermabrasion treatments. She answers all of my questions and has been extremely patient and understanding. I’m always so comfortable and relaxed. I fall asleep during every treatment. Ms Lesley is amazing. I also go for massages once a month if not more due my stressful job in health care so relaxation is much needed. Sean is the best at massages. Honestly the entire staff is awesome they know my name as soon as I step through the door. I would recommend massage envy on harbison for great service, great customer service and a relaxing environment. Thank you guys for providing the most relaxing environment especially during this covid pandemic.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. I went to purchase a gift card and was charged twice by Brandon! I had to dispute the extra charge with my bank since the merchant will not comply .Its impossible to get a refund or help from a manager. Employees seems to not know anything. Unhappy with my experience.

I never has a massage until I was 60. Now I know what I was missing. I have arthritis and some other problems that only the therapists here have helped me through. The ones who have helped me are extremely well trained and know exactly what to do to relieve pain.The conditions of Massage Envy are excellent. It is calm and peaceful with subdued lighting. The tables are comfortable and the covers suitable. Little things like soft music and support cushions under the knees make all the difference.

The massage therapist I had was very good and very professional. However, I said I wanted 30 minutes focused on my jaw, my neck, and shoulders. He spent a lot of time on my shoulders, maybe 5 minutes on my neck, and no time on my jaw. They also cut my massage time down by 15 minutes...so instead of a 90 minute massage I got 75. They said that 10 minutes is used for getting undressed, and consultation and its the policy of Massage Envy. This made no sense since the man that made my appointment told me to get there early to make sure I didnt lose time in my massage. The manager did apologize and offered to cancel the transaction, but I refused because I wanted to pay the MT and tip him. However, I will not be back to any Massage Envy until they change their policy. If I pay for 90 minutes thats what I expect. Also, my neck and jaw still hurt.

Horrible. They canceled my husbands appointment and didnt bother calling to let us know... When he showed up for the appointment the receptionist acted like he was an inconvenience and told him he had no appointment. After calling all other massage envy locations in my area I called back to the Harbison one and asked her to look using our PHONE NUMBER like all the other locations did. Where she did see the canceled appointment. Completely incompetent. Ruined a gift and a day requested off work.

This was my husband birthday gift. It was RELAXING, affordable and professional. They CUSTOMIZE your massage & go by what you write on your paperwork so be honest. My husband asked for soft hands but I wanted deep and slow. We feel so relaxed and will come once a month! Thank you Shaun & Camille for a wonderful experience.

Sean, the message therapist, did wonders on my back. He communicated well,made me comfortable, and handled himself extremely professionally. Massage envy on Harbison is very friendly and professional. They customize your massage to your preference. Request Lakeshia for your therapist. She is great at finding sore and tight muscles and working them to relax. When she asked me if I had issues I said no nothing in particular but through the massage she found areas that had been bothering me a few weeks ago which I forgot to mention. Thank you Lakeshia for a great experience.

Jennifer was great. Good ettiquette, she let me talk when I wanted and relax when I wanted that. Jimmy at the front desk has great customer service and was pleasant to talk to. They have heated tables which gets a star just for that, nice touch, its like a heating pad

The front desk staff are extremely friendly, helpful and polite. I am always treated so nicely when I arrive. The therapists are very good and make sure the massage is what your looking for, without being overly talkative. Had a hot rock massage today, which was the best!

Kayla does a really good job. I do have some complaints about how they have handled things at the start of Covid.

I came to get a gift card for a ONE HOUR MASSAGE. The person behind the counter went into salesperson mode and wanted to sell me every package EXCEPT for what I asked for. When I made it CRYSTAL CLEAR that all I wanted was a gift card for a one hour massage session, the sales pitch continued unabated.If you arent willing to LISTEN to what I am asking for, then you certainly dont need my business or referral. My recommendation.....stay the hell away from this place!

If you sign a contract and allow them to automatically charge your card, you have to personally go there and fill out paperwork to terminate the agreement and then they cancel any massages which you have paid for but not taken.

Massage helped my twisted back. Just wish the effects lasted longer.

The front desk staff is not welcoming and inattentive while at times, unprofessional. I was scheduled to receive an hour long facial, which only lasted 40 minutes. The room was hot and overall was not a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this Massage Envy to any of my family or friends.

Ive been calling both Forest Dr and Harbison location to schedule an apt for the past week. Ive left messages and no one has returned my call. Im charged monthly for a membership and Im having a very hard time getting an appointment. Im not pleased with this at all and seriously considering canceling my membership and finding another spa to give my money to.
