I always get super nervous having my eyes examined. Dr Schwab put me at ease immediately. She had me laughing and relaxed. She took the time to explain some things about my TEDs that I didnt understand and made sure I left more knowledgeable. Absolutely enjoyable visit!

I was seen quickly and Dr. Schwab was extremely professional and kind. The instrumentation has been updated since I was there and the entire experience went well. I would suggest their shoppers pay attention to more design trends when they purchase frames for the showroom - they are overwhelmingly boring. Everything else was great.

Took my daughter for her eye exam today (4/15/21) as well as contact exam (11yrs old) and Dr. Schwab was so nice and patience with my daughter, especially during the contact lense fitting process. Also the staff was so kind, clean environment and they sanitized all tried on glasses.

Lariesa was absolutely amazing! She took time to get to make me feel relaxed and heard. She was friendly and caring. Questions were answered and she gave me her honest opinion.

Nice experience at the actual office, not so great trying to order anything with my prescription. It was filled out incorrectly, and is now becoming difficult to resolve.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming as soon as you walked through the doors. Service was very quick to get me in the back with the doctor. Doctor was very nice and got through the whole exam in 20 minutes. I would recommend anyone to go here because of the experience Ive had.

Dr. Schwab was fantastic. She was kind, timely and thorough. Her office had all new state of the art equipment that streamlined the time of the visit. My son felt very comfortable with her and his adjustment in prescription was just right.Due to Covid, Dr. Schwab was also front desk manager and technician. She did it all seamlessly and with a smile. Great experience.

Dr. Shastri is very caring and responsive. I was having trouble finding a comfortable script for my contacts. She prescribed a strength for me to try for a week and when I came back I told her I wasnt satisfied and she worked again to get a higher strength, there was no charge. Now I am in the right strength and very satisfied.

Entire experience was positive. Dr was great, sales associate was very helpful. Only complaint and it is a small one, is that, they have a hard time sticking to appt times. First appoint was for 3:00. I was not seen until 3:30 Associate who helped made clear what my insurance covered and what it did not cover. He helped clear up confusion on my part.Very positive experience and I look forward to more in the future.One more thing, I really appreciate not being given a hard sell on their products. I was allowed to pick and choose at my leisure and my budget.Thanks Guys, keep up the good work.

I am Dissatisfied with the service. I waited 2 hours to get finished being served. There was only one person working there.. she was on the phone for an hour with tech support trying to process the previous persons order.

Team members were professional and polite.

From scheduling to the actual exam to the follow-up fittings for glasses and contacts, everything was terrific. Dr. Pham asks good questions and really listens to the answers. Kyle and the other technicians are very patient. I would recommend this office to my friends - and I have.

Absolutely positive experience. The associates were patient with me sorting out an insurance mishap, and Dr. Pham was the best optometrist I have ever been to. She was patient and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend!

Despite mask and my poor hearing the young lady was very patient and let me know what was needed, change to my prescription and how my eyes looked. Will return next year.

The facility was professional, and the service was exceptional.

The exam was fine. But when I went back to buy contacts I was informed that the dr had quit and I had to pay for another exam. Not acceptable.

Dr. Maria Pham was awesome. Ive never had such a fun (did I say fun?) eye appt. And Kyle was very customer service oriented selling me my new lenses. The prices of these things always gets me though. I have already scheduled my 2020 (pun) appointment though and it is with Dr. Pham. Looking forward to it.
