Dr Sinha and her staff are exemplary in their services. They are courteous, professional as well as friendly.

This is my second time at this office and oh I need a lot of time to write about how wonderful I was treated by everyone and all the staff are so friendly,the wait time is so quick,as soon as you sit down after checking in they call you,and the first time I didn’t have to wait and there was a lot of test they had to run on my eyes,Dr Sinha is so beautiful and know how to treat her patients and will take the time to explain her treatment plan to you,she will make sure you understand it before you go, I highly recommend this office.

The only reason im giving two stars is because of the friendly staff. Besides that, the wait times are too long. I dont get why they set appointments if theyre not gonna see us at that time. Ive been coming here for years and this happens way too often. My current appointment was over 50 minutes ago and i am still waiting..

While it is strongly encouraged to write a review based on multiple interactions, a second visit is not always warranted or desired. I received a nice service from the front desk staff, but not the Ophthalmologist; Sinha. I would not recommend this doctor, as she was very rude and condensing. She made snark comments during the evaluation and was not willing to hear the patient speak about their worries or ask questions. I would only recommend out of necessity, as she seems knowledgeable. Based on the first visit, I am not excited to go back. A specialist should not base their scores on attendance alone, as you are bound to be needed. It is important to have a good a relationship with your patients, not just for customers to return for necessity, but to acknowledge that a service is performed. One should not be made to feel uncomfortable, especially when someone is working on a very important part of the senses (arguably so).

I just had a wonderful experience yet again at Glaucoma Plus Eye Care. I have a fairly unique condition (not glaucoma) that affects my eyes, but the doctors and staff there were able to diagnose and treat my condition quickly and effectively. Everyone there is very accommodating and friendly. They made me feel comfortable from the first appointment. I’ve never had a long wait here. The staff is pleasant to interact with, and the doctors treat you like they really care. I feel like I am in good hands whenever I have a problem with my eyes. Thank you so much for being there for me when I needed help.

Very friendly and courteous staff .Dr Sinha is professional , knowledgeable and has a warm and caring demeanor. I highly recommend her for your eye care .Those that may complain about wait time its because the Dr is thorough and does not rush you through your appointment.

Glaucoma eye care staff is very gentle, Kind and patience. They explain each step so clearly. This is my second visit with my son and I was able to get appointment for both of us again. Office is very clean and staff members are very helpful.

Appointment time was at 12:30. Ended up leaving at 3:30. They overcrowd the patients, which extends the waiting time.... I wouldnt make this review if it was just once but this is the 3rd time. All 3 times being over 2.5 hours of waiting time. Terrible.

Well, I was referred from my primary physician to Glaucoma eye Care, and I was very pleased! The staffand the doctor were very friendly and polite! Another reviewer complainted about the time spent there, it may be true, this happens not only there. Ive been there a couple times and sometimes I wait longer others not so... But I definitely indicate this place!

Everyone at Glaucoma plus eye was excellent. Dr. Strong was especially exceptional. She was the only Dr. in Howard County able to diagnose and fix my eye problem. I recommend everyone go to her.

Dr. Sinha is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I have been her patient for approximately 20 years and she has always been willing to go the extra mile to get my prescriptions filled--especially with Humana Pharmacy. I cannot say enough good things about her very qualified staff.

I hold Dr. Anshu Sinha in the highest regard. Since my first appointment with her this past March (2016) I’ve spoken with many patients in the waiting room that live as far away as western Virginia and Ocean City, Maryland - patients that drive for hours just to see her - and I understand why they do. Simply, she is the best! Over the months she gained my trust with her expertise and with the confidence in her that I saw in her patients. I trusted her to perform surgery on each of my eyes to remove and replace my eyes’ natural lenses that had cataracts blinding me, with artificial Intraocular Lenses (IOL’s) that now allow me to see clearly without glasses. I had two surgeries three weeks apart and both went well. I’ll be 65 years old in January 2017 and I haven’t been able to see clearly without glasses since I was 6 or 7 years old. Dr. Sinha has had a greater positive impact on my life than any of the doctors that I ever had treat me for anything. Thank you, Dr. Sinha!

Their service is very poor. I cannot believe them. It is the worst experience in my life.

I have received excellent care from this office the last 5 years; however, last year and last week I got migraine headaches, due to patients fragrances (pthalates) and poor air circulation. This is not a problem at other Rx offices or hospital waiting rooms I visit. Not enough fresh air intake in the HVAC system or blocked filters? Last year, I let the staff and doctor know about the poor air quality and oncoming headache before I left. This year, I had to leave before seeing Dr. Sinha because my face was burning, turning red and swelling, as was my throat and wheezing lungs. I am sensitive to pthalates/chemicals and dont recommend anyone who has asthma or chemical sensitivity to enter this office.

Worst experience ever. I have been going with my Mom for her eye check ups for years and never waited that long for a Dr I mean 2 hours and 20 minutes long! And when we wondered about the wait Dr Sinha responds with Ive been running around all day! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
