He takes his time to listen to all your questions & explain them in an easily understood manner , & is a pleasant person to interact with . I highly recommend him .

So apparently they can schedule appointments without telling you about them and if you dont show up to the appointments you know nothing about the refuse to see you again. This should be illegal but its not.
