This was my first time at this family practice and personally my experience was great!! I went with my mom and my brother and we did not have to wait long. The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Udochi was very friendly and funny. She took really good care of my brother and I. I would highly recommend Millennium Family Practice!!

Wow! This doctor is a fraud!! Just read a news release on her defrauding the Medicare system for over $660,000. She billed the government for surgical implants when the device was actually a device TAPED to the back of the ear and patients could remove themselves at home. What ever happened to the integrity and ethics in medicine. She is on the government’s radar. STAY AWAY!

Couple years back service was good and slowly it became worst. Minor follow-up visits too, you need to stay there for about 3 hours. Not pleasing at all. There were incidents where doctor was talking about giving prescription for so and so stuff and when we fill it out at pharmacy and go home, we realize that doctor didnt even give prescription for all medications.Most recent experiences in last couple of months made me write this review. My entire family goes to this facility. My wife went for routine checkup and doctor had started conversation based on my moms medical condition. They completely mixed up. My wife did blood work there and almost after 2 weeks, we didnt get call from doctor office to go over blood results so I called then my wife also called to inquire about blood results and every time they said, there was no blood work done. I mean seriously! Very very unprofessional medical services.

My son is a recent, new patient of Dr. Udochi. As his caregiver, I must accompany him to all his medical appointments of all kinds. Having had heart surgery myself a year ago, I have had an ongoing opportunity to observe the work of numerous physicians in equally numerous types of specialties both in their own offices and hospitals. Dr Udochi and her staff are second to none in their attention to and thoroughness of care they give to their patients. Despite having a very busy office, somehow the doctor and her staff find the time to attention to everything needed. Highly recommended!

Dr. Udochi is an outstanding physician. Not only is she a competent and knowledgeable doctor, she is also a thoughtful person who genuinely cares for her patients well being. I am always greeted warmly by the staff and have a positive experience every time I come. I regularly suggest Dr. Udochi to my friends family and colleagues.

Dr Udochi has been very helpful. I mean really helpful. But you have to be patient and willing to wait a little to be seen. But it is worth it at the end once you discover that you are feeling much better. The practice has the best selection of nice people of all the doctors offices I have been to.

Dr. Udochi is really a nice Doctor. My Mom switched me to her and she helped with my scoliosis. I have a spinal surgery almost one year ago. Dr. Udochi has been really attentive to my needs and makes sure I am doing good. I think she is a nice Doctor. She also has been a really good Doctor to my Mom and helping my Mother feel better. If you want to see a really good Doctor you can schedule an appointment to see Dr. Udochi.

I would not go to this doctor again if my life depended on it, shes so incompetent shes dangerous. Not only did I have to wait 4 hours to be seen by the doctor but she had crumbs on her hands from a snack she just finished before walking into the patient room without washing her hands.

I have been a patient of Dr. Udochi for several years. I honestly don’t know what I would do without her. She is the best Dr. in Howard County. Dr. Udochi is very caring and she treats her patients like family. Today, I was in a lot of pain and she could look at me and tell. She moved quickly to get her MA staff in to give me a shot to make me comfortable. Every time I have went to her and needed specialty treatment she has always referred me to the best doctors. Not only is Dr. Udochi my PCP but she’s also PCP for my two children. My infant was released from the hospital with a high bilirubin level. Dr. Udochi saw her two days after we were released from the hospital and she did everything necessary to lower my baby’s Bili level. She even told me what to do at home to help her. My oldest daughter started seeing Dr. Udochi and as soon as. Dr. Udochi saw her and started her exam she noticed my daughters scoliosis had advanced and referred her to a specialist right away. My daughters previous Pediatrician had told us that she was fine and he’d keep a eye on it. Thank God I switched her to Dr. Udochi because my daughter ended up getting surgery 3months later. Her staff is very respectful and treats all the patients like family. I have even referred my neighbor to Dr. Udochi and she loves her and has had nothing but good things to say about her.

Dr. Udochi has been my doctor for over 15 years. She is awesome and very caring. She is more of a family to me than a doctor

I had an appointment for 11:15 made for me by the social security administration (so not my choice of doctor). I arrived early for my appointment. I waited nearly THREE HOURS to see the doctor.The front desk staff was completely dismissive and unhelpful. They would not tell me why there was such a huge delay or give me any estimate of when I would be seen. I had to have my lawyer, my social security case worker, and HER SUPERVISOR call before I was finally seen. One woman up front actually said to me ‘oh they must have forgotten about you,’Dr. Udochi is very nice. SHE actually explained what had happened (a PA called out sick) - that’s not her job. I would never go to this doctor’s office by choice.

Dr. Udochi is amazing. She was very caring and understanding. I started going to Dr Udochi 07/15 and since then I have referred three people to her. I really appreciate her honesty and dedication to me as her patient. I had to find a new doctor after moving to this side of town. I chose Millenium because they are conveniently located and accept most insurances. I had my new patient visit today and Dr. Udochi was wonderful. She was very articulate, kind, and responsive. I am really glad I chose this practice.

She is a good doctor the practice is good but the wait times are horrible. I didnt complain before but if I have an appointment at a set time why is it two hours later before Im seen. I have a baby now and the long wait times are extremely inconvient to me. Finding a new doctor after February.

I have been a patient of Dr. Udochi for about 14 yrs, she always makes sure I have the best care and treatment. She will go our of her way to make sure her patients are taken care of.

Where do I begin? I originally booked an appointment with this practice based off of the reviews that I saw online; however my unfortunate experience has led me to rate the practice with one star. If I could provide no stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled today for myself and my daughter as new patients. Our appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM and I arrived at least 15 minutes prior to my appointment. I also completed all of my paperwork in advance and had them ready for submission. Needless to say after checking in, I received no contact regarding my appointment until about 3:35 PM, when the receptionist told me that the delay existed because of insurance verification. This was a bit shocking to me because I already knew that I had prior authorization from my insurance company to be seen at this practice. The explanation made no sense. With a background in healthcare, I knew that statement was a mere excuse. Around 3:43 PM the technician called us back for triage and then placed us in a patient room. I heard the doctor speaking in the patient room next-door and was discussing with individuals that appeared to be her family members. (FYI-I am bilingual and understand the native language that she speaks. I would recommend soundproofing the rooms or purchase white noise machines to be HIPPA complaint! Just a suggestion.)The conversation included lots of laughter and did not sound like it was ending anytime soon. After waiting an extended amount of time I gathered my belongings along with my daughter’s and went back to the receptionist desk to tell them that I was leaving. They asked me to wait and call the office manager who politely extended herself requesting that I wait and that the doctor will be out shortly. I went back into the room and waited again with no results. I returned to the front desk and the receptionist told me that my wait was not a result of the doctor and that it was because of my insurance, which again made absolutely no sense and was a terrible excuse for poor operations. I demanded a refund of my co-pay and was approached by the office manager who asked me to please consider seeing the doctor even if it was for five minutes. One thing I will say is that I am aware of how practices work and know that if I had gone back to see the doctor for five minutes that my insurance company would have been billed as if I receive a thorough assessment. I refused to subject myself to a five minute appointment; that is unacceptable. They further asked me to even reschedule and return to their office after I had taken off the rest of the day from my job. I demanded a refund and left highly dissatisfied and disappointment. I cannot attest to the medical care that the doctor provides, but I will say the front office operations the system in place regarding patient assignments need to be reevaluated. The overall experience and level of professionalism was poor. I will say the only level of appreciation that I have was with the office manager that sought to accommodate my daughter and myself in this horrific experience. I wish I knew what her name was but I think her for her attempts.

I lost her because I fell on hard times and lost everything but she is the only one who can save me. Im looking for you now Dr. NJ, I got to find you, I am very sick and I pray you will see me. I lost you once before and found you now I am only a phone call away I hope. Please is rhis the right number? Best doctor EVER!!!!

Dr Udochi is a very good hard working Dr who does not play when it comes to her patients health Ive been going to her for 9yrs and no matter what I wouldnt change her for any others dr she doesnt over prescribed medications if anyone thinks shes going to just give you a prescription shes not that Dr so you cannot get over on her thats why I like her so so much and she really really cares about her patients.Also shes not one of those dirty DRs and you cant play her for a fool.The last thing I have to say is Think you Dr Udochi for the 9yrs you kept me healthy and Im looking forward to to another 9 plus......

Best Doctor in the world hands down, yea it might take a while but it’s well worth the wait. Doc Udochi attends to all ur needs. She don’t jus set there and not listen she listens so she can get a better idea of wats going on. That’s why it may seem as if she takes long, no she meets all ur needs from head to feet! She treats all her patients the same. And ppl should be happy she listens and takes her time cause those doc who get uinand out always forget something or do one thing at a time.@ doc Udochi she gon try her best to fix it all! She is a 5 star Doctor all the way!!! Book with her, jus try to find a day ur free ! She has every other Saturday too!
