Dr. Westerkam and his staff were the SWEETEST people. I have been to many doctors and from the moment being in the waiting room until my appy was finished I felt cared for! He was gentle and detailed and even gave me advice for follow ups. Def one of the best Dr. service I have been too!

Poor bedside manner.

Called on a Wednesday and was seen on Thursday. Dr Westerkam was attentive, explained the test being administered, and gave me hope. Would highly recommend him.

They are a pain clinic but today I am in excruciating pain that came on suddenly in my hip. I called them as I am a patient of dr westercam. The person answering the phone said she asked the clinical team and he is booked. I told her I had taken pain meds prescribed and no relief. I offered to come and wait or could they call if a cancellation . She kept saying I was not on the schedule. Dr westercam is the only one to use ultrasound guided for injection which is all that helps me.They Are Rude And Not Caring For Pain Relief.
