From minor to major procedures Dr. Falls has been an excellent Gyno. Takes her time to answer all your questions doesn’t rush you through your appointment! Everyone from the front desk to the back was very kind.

Dr. Falls is AMAZING, I have seen her for two of my pregnancies and I wish I would’ve heard about her with my first baby, she listens and is very good about talking to you about stuff so that you can understand it! I had complications with my second baby and she was sure to cover all the bases to make sure he would be ok, she always compliments me when walking into the room which as a pregnant woman it makes me feel so much better about myself ☺️ I love this doctor and recommend her every time!

She made me feel at ease and confident in her medical knowledge and she made me feel like my baby and I were in good hands. At 32 weeks pregnant I asked to switch regularly to Dr. Falls due to the fact she just seemed to care about me versus another doctor in the practice that just seemed to want to slap a bandaid on every issue.Definitely would recommend 100%!

We switched to Dr. Falls after a couple of uncomfortable appointments with my previous OB. This is my first pregnancy and Dr. Falls has been nothing short of AMAZING. My husband and I both absolutely adore her and everyone that I know who has used her office has sung high praises. I’ve had to call the office multiple times with random requests and she’s always answered right away, no matter how small my question is. We had family that actually switched to her care for other reasons, which led to Dr. Falls discovering an early case of cancer. She’s so personable and takes her time talking over any questions or concerns. She was a realist but comforting and I can’t imagine going through this pregnancy with any other doctor! I’ve had all good experiences with all the staff as well!

Love love love her an the staff there! Shes supper sweet an nice. She done my tubal ligation last Monday 2-11-19 done very good was in an out before I knew it. No pain like i thought it might be. She was very good at updating my family that was gonna take me home she had a very good bed side manner. Will be goin back to her any time I need anything done or checked up. Doctor Falls is one of the best doctors I’ve ever met! I came to her with an iud problem that was inserted from a physician I had been going to at Vanderbilt for 5 years. Needles to say the iud fell and became embedded and needed to be taken out immediately. I’m only 21 years old and I was scared out of my mind. Dr. Falls and her staff made me feel extremely comfortable and held my hand the whole way. The next day I had surgery and felt 100% better. Falls is the sweetest and most patient doctor ever and I feel comfortable talking to her about anything. Her staff rocks too! Anytime I have questions I call and they always get back to me before the end of the day. Love this office and the amazing staff in it!

Surgery went great. Dr apts were okay as well. After surgery was terrible & the dr on call was terrible. Nurses would not listen. Pain was not managed & most nurses were rude & did not do what they were supposed to do. Very traumatic experience for after a birth.

Very poorly run office. Weve been twice and waited over an hour for our appointments each time, with no warning she was running behind. The third time we went, after driving a half hour for the appointment, we walked in to be told shed been called away for a surgery and wouldnt be able to take us that day. No apology, no call ahead to tell us. That is completely unacceptable. We wont be going back.

This office is terrible. I had to reschedule for my appointment & the lady scheduled me with the wrong Doctor then upon my next appointment I was told it was at 11 sat there for 45 minutes asked then receptionist what was going on only for her to tell me she had my appointment scheduled at a later time. So BOTH times my appointment was screwed up by the staff and BOTH times the receptionist saw what I doctor and appointment time Ive written and never informed me her information was different. Garbage.

I’ve called several times and left multiple messages on different days on the nurses line. I got one call back several days later and was in a meeting and I called the number back and got the nurses VM again. This has gone on back and forth multiple times. It seems the staff is too busy to listen to voicemails. I canceled my appointment and will be going to Franklin.

Nicole Falls has a very rude bedside manner. I would not recommend this MD to anyone.
