Front desk reps are rude and non chalant, to be working in the community they are not caring, empathetic or friendly. So glad i dont have to deal with this clinic on a regular basis. I had to BEG for a covid positive printout they tried to turn me away.

Affordable if you have no insurance. They have very friendly staff and the doctor was awesome

I really like Dr. Caldwell. I’ve had an infection on the bottoms of both of my feet for over two months. I could not get into see my doctor so I went to the walk in clinic. As soon as I met Dr. Caldwel I knew I was going to like her. she actually listen to what I had to say and looked at my feet really good and prescribe me several medicines. It has been 10 days and the infection has not cleared up so I called and talk to them she refilled my medicine without making me come in to see her. I really wish she could be my regular physician but I do understand that she can’t. I would give her 100 ⭐️ if I could.

Slowest doctors office ever. I’ve been here for 4 hours just for a doctors note.

If you don’t have insurance and you’re desperate you can come to this clinic. But if you want “decent customer service & healthcare” you should look for other laces to get real medical care for serious issues!!!
