Dr. Khim is personable and knowledgeable. He surrounds himself with a good staff. Waiting room time is within reason, but hes popular so booking an appt may take more time. Id recommend him.

Andrea fleet is amazing! but the workers when u call to ask a question or schedule a appointment are extremely rude and unprofessional! i hate that i have to find a new doctor!

Dr. Khim is a very good Dr. but his staff is very rude to his patients. I dont even think he knows it. If so shame on you Dr. Khim. His staff working in the reception area will cover up for each other. I am a patient of his, called the office as my family Dr. Suggested and the young lady told me to go back and see my family physician and I told her that my family Dr. sent me to Dr. Khim. She loudly said we know nothing about you! Did not even ask me if I was Dr. Khims patient. I told her I had my cultures in hand. She started to say well, (I had enough of her rudeness) I cut her off and said forget about it. I also told her that that office was the rudest office I have ever had to deal with. I told her I would find somebody else and all she had to say was alrighty then. I called back about 30 minutes and asked for a survey. Different receptionist. She asked was it something she could help me with so I explained it all to her. She said someone would be getting back with me which never happened. So I had to result to calling my insurance to file a complaint. My insurance office was very nice and helpful to me. Needless to say I have to see Dr. Khmn because nobody else does the inner stem. Im sorry it had to come down to this but I had no other alternative. Good luck Dr. Khim. You need to clean house in your reception area. Needless to say I got no survey.

Awesome staff and finally a Dr. With a sense of humor. Everything exceeded my expectations!

Called today for an appt and the receptionist asked if I had a primary care Doctor. She was not professional at all.

Fantastic doctor with a great bedside manner

Worst doctor ever needs to lose his license refuses to help me.I had several kidney stones over the years and he talked to me about coming to his office. He knows I cannot pass a .3 kidney stone. I had a point 7 and was in horrible pain. They told me to come in sometime in the next 2 weeks and they would talk about it with me. Worst doctor ever do not use.
