I would give 0 stars if I could. I usually see NP James fields. He was unable to see me on this past Friday so I was scheduled to see his bottom of the barrel trained brother. I scheduled a telehealth appt. Due to me being being pregnant. Here it was scheduled for 11:45. My phone had been in hand since 11:15. I looked up and it was after 1pm. I called and was told their office closed at 12pm on that Friday. No one called... fast forward to yesterday (Tuesday) some incompetent female calls, to state that the Dr. Called a # that was not correct... okay so are you calling to see how you been of assistance & reschedule the appointment or argue? I ask her for her name & she tells me shes not going to argue with me & whats my name... & hangs up.. at this point Ive already decided to change my office due to lack of communication & professionalism. Now today at 730 a.m I wake up to a call from the so called doctor who stated he called 3 times. I told him that I had phone in my hand so I didnt know where the breakdown came in at. He then states and you dont have to be rude to my staff! Excuse me! He then hangs up... When I say this office needs to be shut down I mean just that. I have put in a call to the corporate office & wont be returning. Theres no way Id trust a sole in this building with my health after this. DISGRACE

I have been going to Dr. Fields for 6 years now and I’ve personally never had a bad experience. I have always felt like I had his full attention and that I was taken seriously when I had any concerns. Dr. Fields takes the time to build rapport and get to know his patients. I feel treated like a whole person rather than just a patient in his office. The nurses have always been so good to me and treated me with kindness. The ladies up front are always friendly towards me and if I’ve ever needed to make a last minute more emergent appointment they have done their very best to fit me in. All in all an amazing office of wonderful people who are respectful and kind. Thank you for all you do.

Dr James is very nice and indoor nurses are niceReception nurses were good till there was a changeSome one got promoted and was rude and not politeAsked me to update my profile which was not updatedFor 2 years I talked to my Insurance company and theyTold me tgat I didn’t needed updating .So I was not treated by the same person who known me for at least 3 years and was rudeNow they as She has discharged me and have noAuthority . The promotion has gone to her headLack of education and moral and manners

He is accepting new patients because he cant keep the ones he has. Doesnt return calls. Sends you to the ER and they find a mass in the lung and swollen lymphnodes weeks ago. Hasnt responded to requests to be referred on. Wants to recheck in 3 months. He needs some direction....right out the front door. I wouldnt let him take care of my cats.

I was 11 minutes late for my appointment on Monday..and they refused to see me..meanwhile I have sat in that office for over 30 minutes past my appointment waiting on him....his staff is also very rude from the person at the front desk to the nurse that takes your information..i now have a NEW doctor much closer to home!..thanks for being rude..i now have a very friendly office staff to work with

The office manager is a complete wreck .. She talks to you like you’re 10 years old.. Has a complete attitude if ghetto girl could be boxed she would be the face. I missed my appointments.. Due to Testing positive for Covid and having a child within the same month.. She still dismissed Me from the practice.

Terrible Doctors office would not use them if I was dieying. There offices are nasty and terrible after hour service is terrible. Wife tried to get blood pressure medicine and could not get it called in. Just totally unprofessional period. I have changed Doctors every since he left Providince Hospitial and just finally my wife is changing family doctors. I think Mushchamp has a better chance surveying this season then this Doctors office!!!)))

Dr. Fields and his staff are the best in the Metro. They really do provide a professional and excellent services to every patient. It is a warm and friendly environment. They treat you like family and they value your time so there is never any wait time. You are in and out in no time. I recommend this doctors office to my friends, family & anyone I know.

“Dr. Andy” as I call him..is one the best Health care providers I have ever had. Wish the staff was a little more friendlier! People can hear your frustration on the phone! I would definitely recommend “Dr. Andy”.
