Andy Lazris is the best internist ever. Hes engineered a system that is contrary to current medical practice. He spends time with his patients, discussing all facets of their health and their lives. His office staff is caring as well and they attend to prescription refills and all other requests with dispatch. This entire practice feels more like a small town country doctors office from the sixties than a modern medical practice. But one difference is that Lazris is well read on all the latest advances and able to separate the wheat from good drugs and procedures from the chaff of modern quackery.

Dr. Lazarus treated my father in law for several complicated issues when he was in his late 80s and early 90s. He was so wonderful, kind, and caring. I highly recommend this Doctor. He listened to our concerns, and even treated him when he left a senior community without charging us because he had been his patient for years. What a heart for people.

Dr. Lazris is a breath of fresh air, compared to much of the insurance- and test-driven medical community. He takes a whole-person approach to his patients’ health, and (much more than other doctors) takes the time to listen. The result is a legitimate partnership in the patient’s healthcare and general well-being.I recently had to switch insurance plans from a PPO to an HMO. Unfortunately, Dr. Lazris was not available for coverage on my new plan. But rather than switch doctors, I plan to keep seeing him and pay out of pocket for those general care visits. Which is about as strong an endorsement as one could give their doctor.
