Dr. Somerville is a world-class surgeon and specialist. I have seen four surgeons in his specialty over the past year, and Somerville is the best. Dr. Somerville is compassionate and gives clear answers to complex questions. He did not beat around the bush and was upfront and honest with possible procedures and outcomes in terms that I could understand. He had the foresight to order an MRI and another procedures before my surgery that no one else had thought of (after dozens of visits with multiple other specialists in his area of expertise!). I have an extremely tight timeframe and he is helping me make it happen in time even though I came to him last minute. With the nature of his work, you want the best, and Dr. Somerville is among them. I would travel across the country to see him if I had to. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to work with him and can’t recommend him enough.

I had surgery in December 2020. Yes during the pandemic. They made sure they followed all of the COVID guidelines. I appreciate Dr Somerville and his office staff Ms Larisa, they were awesome. They both were very professional. The communication was awesome. They checked on me while I was out for one whole month for recovery. Today I went for my 4 month check up and I have No complaints. Dr Somerville’s bedside manner was perfect! I would recommend Dr Somerville to complete your surgery.
