Had an appointment for months. Confirmed it the day before. The day of they called and told me I had to come earlier because they scheduled me during the dentists lunch hour. When I told them I was working they told me I would have to leave work earlier than I already was. I told them to throw my file in the trash.

Dr. Hogan took great care in determining what to do as the best course of treatment. He was explaining everything and made sure I understood what was going on. His staff was excellent in helping through the procedure and made sure I understood everything as well. It was a great experience overall.

I recently went for a routine cleaning, I wasn’t sure how I felt about going to the dentist during the pandemic but Dr. Hogan’s office took all necessary precautions to make me feel safe and comfortable. During my routine cleaning the Dental hygienist found a filling that was loose! Dr. Hogan‘s office worked with me to have a new filling that day! I’m extremely happy that I made the decision to go for my routine cleaning, because of their attention to detail, they caught a potentially larger (and unexpected) issue. Im so grateful and thankful to Dr. Hogan’s team!

My first procedure with Dr. Hogan was about 20 years ago and I was impressed not only by his expertise but by his genuine concern and care for my well being and satisfaction. Ive been going back for routine cleaning, and more recently, Ive been back for additional procedures and thrilled to see that his office has expanded and that the kind doctor hasnt changed - hes still the person I want to entrust with my serious dental care. Im also happy to see that his high standards for client care extend to all staff, from the front desk employees to those in accounting, and his dental assistants! The office has been making great precautions through this time of COVID. They have been awesome!

Dont schedule your appointments here, they will give them to other people.So I schedule an appointment as far back as November the twenty-first for December the eighteenth for a check-up and a deep cleaning. Practically a month rolls by and I show up to my appointment only to hear, Oh Im sorry, Mr. Camacho, we called you multiple times to confirm your appointment; when you didnt answer, we gave it to someone else on the waiting list.WHAT IS THE POINT OF SETTING AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE TO CONFIRM IT AGAIN?! IF I CHOSE THE DATE AND THE TIME TO ARRIVE AT THAT APPOINTMENT, YOU ARE THE ONES CONFIRMING IT. I HAVE CHOSEN THE DATE AND TIME; I CHOSE, NOT YOU.Took the day off of work for this stupidity so what ends up happening? Lost eleven hours of pay, wasted gas money and then got offered to be seen on another day that I work... like really? Im going to risk another eleven hours of my pay... so that you can give my appointment to someone else? No. Not just no, but hell no. No wonder I received emails from a Public Relations Coordinator, nobody is going to need Public Relations unless they treat their customers like trash, so you hire someone to clean up behind you. Congratulations, no PR is going to save this customer, Im taking my business to one of the other eight Periodontists within fifteen miles.
