I would give it 5 stars because if it werent for the actual dentist herself my experience wouldve been amazing. The tech was the absolute best. I cannot remember her name but she made me feel very comfortable after I told her how anxious and nervous I was...Im terrified of the dentist, always have been. Diane Broom walks in and comes off as very sweet, the tech tells her how Im feeling and she reassures me everything will be fine and makes me feel more at ease. During the procedure Dr. Broom was extremely rude to me, very condescending and spoke to me like a child. After she was done she got up and walked away and didnt say a word to me. If you are someone who suffers from major dental anxiety I highly suggest you see the other Dr at this practice because this lady was rude and shouldnt work with anxious patients.

Impressed would be an understatement. From the first conversation I had on the phone for scheduling, until I walked out the door after my procedure - top notch in every aspect. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. It is a 50 mile drive for me, but its worth it to be taken care of not just professionally, but on a personal level. I had 2 teeth extracted today at Columbia Dental Health Clinic and I am extremely happy to say I found my new regular dentist. Dr. Cain and his dental assistant were both awesome and very understanding of the fact that I had a severe phobia and anxiety when it comes to dentists. They made me feel relaxed and didnt act bothered or annoyed by my endless questions and ranting about my nervousness. They made sure the procedure was as painless and quick as possible. I barely felt a thing. I will definitely be going here for any future dental work!

Yes getting your teeth pulled is painful afterwards but they did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and pain free during the process. Im so upset that I forgot the lady name that help me through my anxiety attack. Thank you ladies and thanks Dr. Cain. Dr. Cain was amazing, gentle, informative and took his time. My 14 year old son was nervous but safe. Dr. Cain checked with him throughout his procedure to make sure that he was okay and comfortable. Great staff! Customer service is top notch. Kat my dental assistant was great and so was Dr. Broom Both were very personable and their personality made me feel welcomed. I had my wisdom tooth removed that was far in the back of my mouth and caused so much pain. Dr. Broom was fast and proficient. There was absolutely no pain and she was done in less than 10 mins.

I must say this office experience was absolutely amazing. I was getting some contractions done with Anna & Dr. Cain and they both made me feel so at ease with their compassion. This was the best and fastest dental visit I’ve ever had, it was Saturday so little wait .. not normal business hrs, however normally my tooth may break or most people take an hour to numb me but took 10 min n dr and assistant was absolutely amazing.. I had to have a tooth pulled & Dr.Cain explained everything & assured me I had nothing to worry about! I was shocked at how easy & quick he pulled my tooth, literally in & out in an hour! I hate dentists in general. I literally suffered for 3 weeks with an infected wisdom tooth. I have severe anxiety. Dr Cain is AMAZING. His hygienist (Anna?) Equally amazing! Literally the easiest dentist appointment Ive had. The staff is compassionate and make the experience as easy and painless as possible.

Doctor was great. His assistant was good too. When I got back to my hometown (1hr 20 min away). My prescription was not called into my local drug store. I called back to office to only find that they were closed for the day and all I could do is leave messages. I traveled to several other CVS locations to try and find my pain meds and came up empty. I began to panic, just thinking about the pain to come. I was up and down all night with pain and the over the counter meds did not work well for me. Something needs to be put in place for clients in emergency situations like this. I wrote down the CVS street address and number on my in-take form. I traveled far and paid good money for this office visit, so it was very disappointing to experience this at the end.

10/10 recommended Columbia Dental Health Clinic! I had an infected tooth that was broken off. Went to my dentist and they were unable to pull it. They referred me here and they got it out in exactly a minute!! I’m so pleased with them and how they treated me! Definitely a wonderful place to go to

I am the biggest wimp when it comes to dentists but they did amazing with me. I didnt feel much of anything, they talked me through it and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be in that situation... Poor Jherilyn even held my hand for me 🤣🤣 and she made sure I knew everything I NEEDED to know and answered all the questions that I had. 10/10 would recommend them and I will be returning to get all of my wisdom teeth removed. Theyre super friendly.

This started out as a 1 star rating with a REALLY angry and lengthy description of how I waited 4 hours and 10 mins to be seen to have a single tooth pulled but I instead made it a 5 star rating because they were really busy and serving the community. After that was explained to me, I didn’t mind waiting and they were very nice and apologetic for the wait. I would say come here first and they will treat you right.

I highly recommend this dentist! I had 4 back teeth surgically removed at this office today, i felt no pain at all during this procedure and very minimal discomfort after. I came in as a referral terrified and in pain. Dr Broom and the office staff were SO DANG NICE and helpful! I had originally been pushing for IV sedation due to the fact i was worried I would feel the surgery like the first. I ended up NOT getting sedation and didnt feel a thing. I would recommend this place to anyone with anxiety over dental surgeries!! Hands down awesome staff!!

I came into this dental clinic today after being told my many of dentists that they wont even touch my mouth. So i was hopeless and in pain for weeks and they helped me and made me feel beyond comfortable! The process was like no other. My fiance had a referral to have 2 of his teeth pulled, 1 which had broken in half. Called the office and the receptionist who booked us was so kind and informed me they had a cancellation and could see us the same day I called. We were greeted yesterday by such friendly and informative staff, which was so reassuring. My finace had Dr. Cain and his nurse working on extracting his teeth and they kept telling him he was doing great and what all was being dome before hand. Hands down, one of the best dental experiences Ive been a part of, and I get nervous with dentist!! 10/10 recommend!!

On Friday, May 21, 2021, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I a voicemail from Dr. Broom. I had an extraction on May 8, 2021 and a follow up visit on May 14, 2021. My pain level was terrible and I was disappointed that after a full week, it was not getting better. In an previous review, I stated I was forced to deal with this level of pain for several days. Well, Dr. Brooms call to me was to check on me and explain why she didn’t provide additional pain meds. She also asked me to come in that day so she could take another look. Her call and willingness to see me again meant the world to me. As of today, I am feeling better and now I have a better understanding about prescribing pain meds. This was an unfortunate situation made better by Dr. Brooms call and reexamination of me. It also confirms my initial opinion of Columbia Dental Health Clinic. They are very caring, compassionate professionals. Thanks so much Dr. Broom and staff.

Dr Diane Broom removed my wisdom tooth which only took about 2 minutes ! and she was amazing! She talked me through everything as well as her assistant. They were great and very understanding and made you feel safe and comfortable!

DR. BROOM is absolutely amazing. I had the opportunity to shadow her during the summer. She showed me many different things around the office and answered all of my questions. I have also gone to Dr. Broom as a patient and she always makes me feel safe and comfortable. She was great with following up with me about appointment details. Every time I called, she was there to talk to me for an extended period of time or however long I needed her. She makes time for her patients, no matter what the circumstances are. Dr. Broom is kind, understanding, and talented. I would recommend Dr. Broom to anybody who needs an trustworthy dentist.

Dr Cain has been the most compassionate and caring dentist I have ever met. His staff is also as wonderful as he is. They actually care about you. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to dental procedures and they always tell me what is about to happen and they try their best to calm me down. I highly recommend his service.

This office is very professional. They took great care of me with the COVID procedures in place. Dentist was nice & explained everything to me. I went in a little over a week ago to get my wisdom teeth removed and my experience was fantastic. All the nurses and staff were so pleasant and kind. Dr. Cain did an amazing job, and was so patient. I went back after feeling a lot of pain and discomfort and was in and out all within 10 minutes. He gave me some great advice for helping to maintain the pain I was feeling and within a day I was already feeling better. I’m so glad I went to this Dentist office. This place is so wonderful.
