Ive dreaded going to the dentist for years with my biannual cleaning. Naomi has changed this around. Not only am I not in pain for the full day after a cleaning Im also in and out in less than an hour! The atmosphere is less doctor and more spa and all staff are helpful.

I think the dental assistant who took care of me today is Brittany and I really like her friendly attitude.

I havent been to a dentist in years and was definitely nervous and embarrassed about how bad I had let things get. I have had dentists in the past that made me feel guilt and shame about my teeth, but this was not the experience I had at Bear Creek. Everyone is so kind and really explained what the instruments were and what they would be doing next. It really took the fear out of going to the dentist. I truly appreciate a trusting business... Especially somewhere I need to go, routinely. This business is ran efficiently and you’re taken in with great care.All of the staff were phenomenal! They had a happy attitude. Even if we did seem to “bother” them they didn’t show it. They all had exceptional customer service and I respect that. My hygienist, Ashton, was personable and I felt very comfortable with her. She explained everything they would be doing and gave me an incredible amount of information. The doctor is genuine! And they all did so well with my one-year old which is a plus. Great people, great care Ive had a much needed cleaning, a 26 year old crown that fell out replaced and a bone graft for a future implant (not all in one visit). I wanted to share the variety of what Ive had done so you will be aware that when I say I had a great experience you can understand it was in most services they provide. They offer packages for those of us without insurance at a reasonable price which gives you discounts on services you need. Im so glad I found Bear Creek Family Dental.

The hygienist & Dentist were so kind and caring. They took great care of me. I hadnt been to a dentist in far too long, and Bear Creek happened to have a new patient appointment available the very next day from when I called. At my appointment, they were extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. My hygienist did a wonderful job of discussing everything with me and the doctor did as well. It was a fantastic experience and I plan on getting all of my dental care here!

I was nervous coming in and they card my fears, offered water and Netflix while I waited for what they thought was a long time which was not in my opinion. They were fast, efficient, and so nice! So glad I chose them and moving on from my previous dental practice that cant even compare!

Kind, passionate, personable staff, Dr. Shull is the best! Glad I was recommended to them after having a near dental emergency and was suggested permanent incorrect fixes from another clinic elsewhere after having just recently moved and not having any clue or direction to go as far as dental care in the area!

Dr Shull and his entire team (Naomi, Caitlyn, Lexi; to name a few I interacted with) were fantastic.Everything from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment, to the follow up confirming it, was efficient and kind.I had a regular cleaning and mentioned a toothache I had been having, which they discovered was a troublesome wisdom tooth. They were able to get me scheduled for extraction of the wisdom tooth the same day in order to prevent my discomfort.Fantastic!Thank you!

She is so friendly and informative on the cleaning process and all around teeth health and does great work.Dr. Shull and his staff always make sure you are comfortable; no pain all gain! They even have a tv with Netflix so you can lay back and chill while they work and they give you glasses so the lights arent so bright in your eyes.I highly recommend them for quality and comfort.

This was my first visit to Bear Creek Family Dental. We had a great experience. Every time I have called to ask a question or make an appointment the phone has been answered by a person. Not an automated machine like other places. The staff that I interacted with were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough when going through my mouth. I also brought my four year old son in for a routine checkup/cleaning and they were great with him! Super patient and I could tell they really made the effort to make him feel comfortable and have a positive dental experience. The tv on the ceiling for him to watch while they worked and the prize box at the end of the visit were also helpful motivators for him. All in all 5 stars. Would recommend.

We switched to Bear Creek Dental after our long time dentist retired a few years ago, we have been so happy with the service, experience, and atmosphere every time we have been. When my son needed fillings, he was very anxious about it, but Dr Shull and his staff were all so patient and kind, and it ended up being a very positive experience for him. Three days ago I got my first crown. The staff here was very gentle and made me feel at ease. I worried about anxiety on a procedure like this, that takes a while. The time passed quickly and they even have tvs on the ceiling. I would highly recommend them!

Dr. Kyle is a great dentist who is very genuine about getting his patients in good dental health. He has very affordable services and product! The entire team is really easy to work with and are great communicators and are accommodating. We lucked out by getting such a great doctor so close to home!

Im definitely NOT a big fan of the dentist to be sure. I had a tooth that had cratered and left nerves exposed. I managed to go with it for about six weeks, but when I couldnt take it anymore, I had to find a dentist that was in my insurance carriers plan.Dr. Shull at Bear Creek Family Dental was very professional and had a swift hand in extracting my tooth. I didnt feel a thing. I couldnt be happier with the service provided by him and his staff. I will be going back anytime I need dental care.

Absolutely fantastic experience! And thats saying a lot because lets face it no one likes going to the dentist! The staff and assistants were all super friendly and helpful. Dr. Shull was amazing! I had kind of a tricky extraction and through the whole thing he made sure I wasnt having any pain. He even called later that day to make sure I was doing okay! My six-year-old needed an extraction. We were able to get an appointment quickly. The staff was warm and inviting. The doctor was kind and patient and gave us opportunities to ask questions. The office was very kid-friendly - toys, books, and TV in the lobby, as well as a TV in the operatory room (a welcome distraction for a kiddo getting a procedure done). We were very pleased with our visiit.

Bear Creek Family Dental will get you in, see what needs done, and professionally handle it from there while keeping smiling faces and welcoming attitudes! I went there after a traumatic incident that affected my front teeth and Dr. Shull not only continues to do his part, but referred me to a periodontist to help with the more extreme parts. Here in a few months, I’ll have a big bright smile once again with the help from Bear Creek!

So I finally have decent insurance and had an awful toothache. This was the first place I called and they helped me get a plan going and have called me to come in earlier when appts. get cancelled. I am nit sure what dentists cost these days but nothing was unreasonable.They also can numb the mouth without much pain or or anything. Got some teeth pulled and it no joke took less than 3 or 4 minutes each time. Everyone treated me well.If you need a dentist, it may as well be at Bear Creek.

An actual person answered the phone when I called and was very polite and an appointment was set up within a few days. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door and the staff and the dentist were all extremely nice. They work with different kinds of insurance. Since my first visit, I have been charged a lot more than was ever initially discussed. I was disappointed that these were not explained to me in the beginning. Their prices were somewhat better than other places, but feel like they should have explained in the beginning what insurance might or might not cover.
