Great experience. I like the ambiance of this salon and the nail tech listened to everything I was telling her. I appreciate their commitment to covid safety and general customer happiness. I don’t get my nails done frequently but would return to Halo if I did.

This is my 2nd time at Halo. I like the ambiance and the staff. I wanted this pretty flower design and showed the man the picture below, and this is what I got. I would have rather him tell me he couldn’t do it and then I wouldn’t have paid for the design. I just wish they were honest about what they can or can’t do. Definitely not worth the $55 dollars.

My daughter and I went last night, she got acrylic French and I just got a gel mani. The quality of the work was great, we are both very happy. I didnt give 5 star because I wish the hand massage was a little longer.

Ive been going to this salon for awhile and the staff are very nice and mostly pleasant. But for the past two times I have gone, the quality has plummeted. I recently got a French manicure and the technician I had rushed me out of the chair. My nails turned out very uneven and super chunky looking. My mom and friend were also with me and their manicure pedicures were also uneven and rushed. The previous time I got a French pedicure. The technician colored my entire nail despite me telling him I wanted a French. Once I noticed I pointed it out and he didnt bother to wipe the nail polish off. He instead left the gold on and colored the tips white. Lately it seems they have been overbooking and rushing their services. I wont be coming back anymore.

My nails actually last three weeks with the dip powder! The nail technicians take their time, and I never feel rushed. You do need to make an appointment, which is easy because they have an online portal, or you can call.The Covid protocols are definitely enforced here; upon entering, they take your temperature, and you wash your hands.There are at least two chairs in between you and other customers. They also take dip color out of the jar, so you aren’t dipping your fingers into the entire container.*My only complaint is that if you pay with a card, you’re charged more... which is crazy. But on the flip side, if you pay with cash, you get a discount.Only four stars because I do feel they are slightly higher with pricing, and I dont like the card method because you cant tip on it either.

Always love this place. All of the technicians are very professional, talented, and kind. I love the essential pedicure, but have also gotten gel and dip manicures that were fantastic.

The pedicures are fine, but every time I come to get a manicure the quality isn’t great at all. A lot of my nails are uneven & they just don’t look good. Also last time I went, they charged me $3 for a cut down, when the tech never cut down my nails, all she did was file them & I clearly stated that I didn’t want my nails cut down. I’ve had too many negative experiences here so I won’t be returning.

This place is great! Love Lisa -very meticulous and does wonderful job. Place is super clean, they take every precaution to make sure everyone is safe, take temps, clean after each customer, and have plexiglass everywhere! They have so many color options. And it lasts -I really only have to go back because its growing out -not because its coming off!

My nails were over-filed and my cuticles stung for 2 days straight to the point it hurt to run my hands under water.they also tried to persuade me into paying for extra services but without telling me the pricewhen i made my appointment the total was 124$but somehow was 170$ by the end of my appointment, I said I wanted regular then they kept persuading me into choosing gel because it “lasted longer” I said okay only for the gel nails to look crooked, lumpy and uneven.2 stars because of their covid protocols.-Steven was my technician.

I have been going to Halo for years. The staff is very professional, and while I have stayed away from stores, salons, etc. because of the pandemic, I recently found myself needing a pick me up. The salon is extremely clean, they abide by the rules and standards that the CDC had recommended. All of the technicians are wonderful. I absolutely love Nancy and booking online to schedule my appointment has been extremely easy.

This was my first time and the Receptionist was very friendly and nice. She took my temperature and each guest washes their hands before their appointment. The highlight was how clean the salon is! However, my service was not the best but it wasnt horrible. My tech wasn’t welcoming. I got the organique pedicure and enjoyed the process but probably would have a better time with a different nail tech. She constantly left me to talk other techs and barely spoke a word to me. Then, when she was doing her job it was very sloppy. Once I was sent to dry my toes she left and never seen her. I ended up just leaving on my own and paying. I would not recommend going to Vivian but maybe she was having a bad day...but I did not enjoy my experience at Halo. However, I hear Steven does well so maybe I will try again..

This is the absolute best place in Baltimore to get your girly needs meet . Great eye brows , absolute cute nails , and they spoil you with their Manhattan pedi. For sure never going anywhere else in Baltimore other than HALO. Kate was my first tech , I’m with Nancy today. They remember who you are . Nancy knew who I was coming back , and she wasn’t even my tech last time . There’s nothing negative I can say about this place . They was so gentle with my daughter , not like other places where they twist you up and hurt your fingers .

I get my nails done here probably every two or three weeks and they are always polite, friendly, and do a great job! I’ve been going here for years and have had one time that I was not satisfied with my nails. They chipped the next day, I came in and they fixed them for free. They play instrumental music and have HGTV on the tv, a very relaxing environment. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I found this place because I needed wedding gel nails. I wanted a place with easy online booking. Their system is great. Also, the nails were perfect, literally. This is my second time going. Lee did a great pedicure. My toes look perfect! Lee is very fun, sweet and I enjoyed talking to her. Im not the type to have a go to person but I think I have become one. I will only go to her. I am seriously impressed with the entire experience. My friend got her eyebrows done here on our first and I think they looked great. Their covid safety protocols are top notch. Im a little squeamish but I felt comfortable. Can I say great enough? Im in love. Please go see Lee. Her pedicure game is strong.

I do like it here. Easy to get an appointment. I wish they had more options for regular polish colors. The wall of polishes looks impressive, but when you get up close there are a lot of repeats.

1st time here and will return. The place is just clean and how the staff do their job is just clean. I really enjoyed my pedicure and SNS service.I also got my eye brows done but wouldnt trust them with that again. My friend and I got a manipedi and now were in a lot of pain. They cut our cuticles until they bled. They cut the sole of my foot when they were doing my calluses. It hurts sooo bad to walk, wash my hands, and take a warm shower. They filed the top of my nail too much, and it is painful and raw. I really wish i could get my money back tbh :/ Not the best customer service either. there is a better nail place down the street

Great service and staff! This salon has taken all necessary COVID19 precautions. The salon is clean and all the staff wear masks (full face masks) and they have installed clear screens in between client and customer at all stations so everyone remains safe. They are also screening all customers per COVID19 prior to entry. The staff are friendly and care about the customers needs and wants. Pedicures and manicures are well done and they dont cut corners. If anything you receive extra massage or scrubs etc....there are a lit of colors to pick from too! Highly recommend this salon!

Always exceeding my expectations

Used to love going to this place and had not been in awhile. I received an amazing pedicure from Anna, however, when she went to do my dip nails it felt like she was rushing through them. The dip nails only lasted 6 days before lifting at my cuticles, so I was pretty disappointment I paid $92 (not including tip) for my pedicure and nails. I also ended up having to file them myself once I got home because they were crooked and not the same sizes. I’m going to have to find a new place to go.

Omg. I just moved from Texas and was looking for a great place. After 3 months I’ve finally found it! My nails are crisp and smooth, the salon was spotless, and Tom? Omg he rubbed all the soreness out of my calves from cardio this morning lol. I might be back every week just for the Vegan Pedicure with the hot stones. They offer wine with the VIP packages. Beautiful place, convenient location, BEAUTIFUL TOES! Thank you Tom!!!!

This is a very modern and well designed space. I went for waxing and was pleasantly surprised with the results. And in the time of Covid, they took every precaution, Including having a check in station outside where a gentleman took my temperature. They had plexiglass at every manicure and pedicure station and at check out, staff were wearing face masks and hair coverings, and more. Very clean and a lovely space.

I went in Friday during my lunch hour to have the dip powder filled. Worst experience ever. The technician cut the tip of my finger, I have two nicks at cuticle from filing to hard and one finger is sliced under the nail from shaping.

Literally the best nail salon in the area. My technician, Lee, was legitimately a master. Got a gel manicure and quicki pedicure and it looks fantastic. The whole process is so relaxing and you even get mini massages. Dont waste your money anywhere else.

This is the only place I come to for my manicures and pedicures; the staff is always pleasant and know me by name. Helen is the best for me; she always trys to do all the designs that I request.

I just left a few minutes ago and I am beyond happy with what I left with. I’ve been many times but I never thought to leave a review. If you know anything about management you can tell they’re actually very well managed and they’re constantly thrown curveballs every which angle. I believe the manager or owner was doing my nails (only because everyone seemed to ask her questions) and though she may have had to stop here and there she did a phenomenal job and was always polite and thankful of my patience. I am thankful I found this place a few years back. I don’t plan to change anytime soon!

I’ve actually had Katy before and had similar experiences, sadly. She just did not care at all about what I felt or was saying. She didn’t even scrub my feet. I literally just got my toenails clipped, filed, and painted. She put scrub on my legs but while standing and for probably 5 seconds. So that’s when I complained and asked her about the massage and she kept saying “I gave you one!” It was really embarrassing.. and she wouldn’t walk away at the end until I tipped her. Which honestly, was really hard to do..I was treated very badly at Halo Day Spa. I got a general pedicure and received no massage or scrub for my feet. When I asked about the massage, my lady said “I gave you one” and continued to argue with me. I felt very embarrassed because she was very loud and I didn’t appreciate the service. I also got my eyebrows waxed by the same person and she did not pluck my eyebrows or clip them. She was not nice and I also feel that they are VERY overpriced. Also, made reservations but still had to wait over an hour to be seen. Definitely do not recommend this place. I hate to complain but this was really not okay. :(

I tried this place once a few weeks ago. First time going, the looked like they had good reviews. Many thing wrong but in short, I went in to get a full set with regular polish but they pressured/nagged me into getting gels. The nails were uneven. Some were too short some were too long (I showed her a picture of what I wanted for shape and length). My nails were bumpy and lumpy on the top. My nails were super thick even for gel acrylics. She glued my skin to the nail. She painted my nails the wrong color. So pretty much I payed more than I wanted to and my nails turned out really bad

My favorite Nail Salon Ann was the best so sad shes gone. But Anna and Antoine are amazing no matter what the service this place is first class. Booking is so easy too. They give you a discount if you pay cash. I moved an hour away and Im so sad to go. But love this place, service, and the talents. Please please please expand!!!

I have been going to Halo spa frequently for the past three years or so and have never experience what I experience today. Upon arrival a nail technician who appears to be new stated that she would be doing my nails. I showed her the design that I wanted which was very basic, and she proceeded to do my nails in the manner that she wanted to do. For time sake in consideration of the other customers waiting, I began working with her to achieve the design that I want it but she was not able to produce it. Following that I asked her if she could simply polish over the mistake that she made so that I could pay and be on my way. She began exhibiting an attitude and asked me if she could use some type of foil like design to mimic what I was looking for. I kindly agreed and she proceeded to do the design which was worse than what she did before. I kindly asked her to again Polish my nail in one color and she began having an attitude slamming the supplies around as I waited for her to fix my nails. Mind you my 10-year-old daughter sitting next to me witnessing all of this bad service. I asked her if she was OK and she began exhibiting more of an attitude and begin to slam the supplies I then said to her if you’re going to have an attitude I am willing to work with somebody else to finish the job and she got up in the middle of doing my nails and walked away and never came back. While this was all taking place the owner/manager witness the entire thing. In fact the owner was sitting right next to me. I convey to her the importance of professionalism and customer service and expressed that I never experienced such disrespect at her shop since attending there. I asked the front desk receptionist to come over and help de-escalate the situation, but she made it worse by dismissing what I was saying and indicating that the nail technician got up and walked away from me in the middle of my service to go service another appointment. I must say that I am utterly disappointed in how I was treated. I am completely offended. I will not condemn the entire business because this is a shop that I have frequented many times however I will say that how I was handled was very poor. I think the thing that really puzzled me was the fact that the receptionist, in the midst of knowing how I was treated, set the side of the technician and how she treated me with a poor excuse. That is not customer service and I must say that you must be careful with how you treat your customers because you never know you might be entertaining. The one technician that was available to help remove portions of the nails that were apply to my hands came over to assist me as I begin removing my nails manually myself. The owner assured me that she would enforce corrective action with the staff involved and openly admitted that she witnessed the events and that the behavior displayed towards me was completely degrading. I made an appointment for a Friday afternoon appointment, which over the phone, the receptionist seemed happy to make. I received perhaps the worst SNS dip powder job I have gotten, and I have been getting my nails done with SNS every 2-4 weeks for over a year. Right now, after only a week it is chipping and catching in my hair--I have had other salons do the same procedure and have it last 3 weeks or more.My nail tech seemed like shed rather be anywhere other than helping me, and she rushed the job to get me out. My file job, upon inspection, is uneven, the color was NOT what I picked out, and the sizes of my nails are not consistent. Even after all of this, I still paid ~$8-10 more than I pay at my usual nail salon. Disclaimer: I have a friend who went with me and her nail service was fantastic, which is why I rated 2 stars instead of 1. However, for the sub-par service and lack of attention to detail that I received, I will NOT be returning. I didnt want to dislike this place, because it is beautiful, clean, and organized, but I had too negative of an experience to overlook

The location is good but parking is difficult I called before doing a walk in instead of making an appointment. Within 5 minutes of walking in I was getting my pedicure started. I paid $37 for the essential pedicure and $20 for an acrylic fill. The pedicure was subpar for the price and I will have to redo everything except for the polish. The heels of my feet look like I am due for a pedicure instead of just having one done. During my fill I was nicked several times and two nails had to have the polish redone. I do believe they offer some sort of beverage during service but I did not receive any. Im undecided on if I will give the shop another try. The pedicure was a big letdown.

Halo Day Spa is amazing! Ann, Tam, and Antwan took great care of me, my 5 year old daughter, and my best friend. They were efficient, attentive, and caring which was exactly what I was looking for since it was my daughters first time at a salon! We will definitely be back :) Thanks!

DONT BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT.Looks like a common theme lately. Had an appointment and was told come back another time because they were busy. This has happened before and yet again today. I see a lot of other reviews have this issue. Well, I will be going to another place after YEARS of going here. Some place where they manage their business a little better. Wasted my time going here today, thanks a lot.

They always do a good job, but every time I make an appointment, I am still made to wait 25-30 minutes. The point of making an appointment is that I dont want to have to wait...otherwise the service is good and they do a nice job on nails, toes, and waxing in my experience. The facility is also clean and nicely decorated.

This was my go to nail salon for so many years and recommended this place to so many people. But the last couple times I went made me not want to come back again. First of all, even though you make an appointment, you have to wait. Waiting up to 15 minutes is acceptable but nothing more than that. On 10/30, it was the day before my vacation and I made an appointment for 6:45 PM for SNS. I got there earlier than 6:45 and they asked me to wait. It was 7:00 PM when I asked how much and they said its going to be another 45 minutes. I was so angry because they shouldnt have made the time available if there arent enough staff. And the staff shouldnt have taken any walk ins if there was an appointment set up. So I left the salon and couldnt go anywhere else that late in the night and left for vacation without getting my nails done. The time before this incident, I was waiting again after making an appointment and I waited so long my water was cold and was at the salon for 4 HOURS one time because even though I made an appointment no one took care of me. I dont know why I kept coming back but the last time was seriously the last time I would ever come here. I go to Owings Mills to get my nails done now and the drive there is worth it.

This salon is usually on point. Ive come every 2-3 weeks since I moved to Columbia. My usual go-to tech had gone on vacation for 2-3 weeks. Im not going to mention any names, as I may still plan on going back. Anyway, I worked my nail schedule around hers, at her request, mind you. I knew she would be back in 3 weeks, so I made my appointment for that Sunday, in advance. I get a call from Halo that Friday, telling me that they are cancelling my appointment, as my tech actually wont be back from vacation, as planned. I said, no, dont cancel my appointment. Ill just do any tech at the same time. So I come, two days later on Sunday, as planned. Im greeted by two ladies at the front, and they BOTH told me, since your tech is still on vacation, youll have Susan today. I said OK, thats fine. Im sitting there waiting for Susan, and there I see my tech in the back working on another client. Yes, the same tech that was still on vacation. This really rubbed me the wrong way. I get it, I only get a manicure, but I tip over 50% every time. Dont lie to me and take me for a fool, Im not blind! Just because this client was getting a mani, pedi, and a wax, the entire salon lied to me telling me she was still on vacation, when I had an appointment with that tech at that time slot already. I will never take that tech again. I refuse. Made me feel like just another # to them. Susan did excellent, Ill use her from now on.

I love halo day spa! I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve brought friends and family. I love the atmosphere and they have hgtv playing all day. I usually get a pedicure with mask and paraffin wax. I’ve never had any issues. If you come during the weekday you won’t have to wait but after work and on the weekends be ready. I’ve never made an appointment. I don’t feel like it necessary to make appointments. I have techs that I always go to and I’ll wait. They do an amazing job so It’s worth it. Enjoy!

I love coming here! Calming atmospere.Its always very clean, from the floor to their tools.Theyre very attentive.Offer beverages. Designer polishes if youre into that.They also have a nice selection of pedicures to choose from!It truly feels like a mini spa!My last time going I did have an older gentleman do my pedicure and it felt good at the time, but once I got home it didnt seem like much actual work was done..felt good at the time though.But that was my first time experiencing that. Any other time, theyre all top notch!

I was very pleased with Vivian. I came here after work, and this was great because they accommodate clients until 8pm when most other salons close @ 6. The service by Vivian was beyond exceptional and the spa is very clean and welcoming, they seemed to have a full staff and the wait was very little which was a bonus. Also, the prices were surprisingly good too, walking in, I thought this place would be pricey but actually was cheaper than my old salon, will definitely be returning :)

I have a been a regular customer for two years at this place. After calling to check if my appointment was canceled or not they confirmed that i still have an appointment. I made the arrangements to make it to my appointment as I always do. When I got there they tell me you don’t have an appointment and they will check with the manager. The front desk was polite but couldn’t do anything for me after checking with the manager who was working on another customer, they said nothing they can do. The manager had no customer service experience; did not bother to apologize for the miscoordination nor offered anything in return. I walked and showed my log that I called and confirmed the appointment and how is it fair if the person who answers confirmed the appointment. She had nothing but I am sorry nothing we can do for you.

I have had a good experience with Nancy before, but today I saw a different manicurist. So, something happened that I think all the techs need to be aware of. I did not know that holographic powder (Wave 7) won’t come off skin, so it should ONLY be used on long acrylic nails, not short natural nails. I chose this color because I thought it was really pretty, but the manicure turned out lackluster, because the tech had to vigorously scrub my cuticles and fingertips to get the powder off. Which in turn smudged my mani. My paraffin wax treatment was rendered almost useless because the scrubbing off of the powder left my skin peeling around my tips. The tech was kind and took off some of the cost, and I definitely still tipped the going rate, but I’m just pretty bummed out. I never get manicures and I finally was able, and it wasn’t great. SO—-please everyone beware—-only use holographic powders on acrylics, not anywhere near natural nails/skin!

I came in within an hour of them closing and I was helped right away, seated, and was given a lovely, tidy gel manicure. Will be returning.

I walked in after work to get my nails done after a poor manicure at a previous salon. I chose Halo Day Spa because of all the positive reviews, how could I go wrong? Anyway, I walked in and asked if I needed to make an appointment or if there was time for a walk in. One woman was finishing up with another client and took me. I did not get her name, unfortunately.I got the SNS manicure, one color, very basic. All I ask is that they look nice and last. They dont need to be ultra fancy Instagram nails. She worked like she was in a rush, leaving color on the skin around my nails that she never cleaned off. She also talked me into waxing my eyebrows while I was there. I highly DO NOT recommend this, as Im now missing a small yet vital chunk of the inner portion of my right eyebrow. She didnt really clean up the stray hairs that I thought she was referring to when she suggested the wax, either. I couldnt tell at the time. I guess thats why the lights are dim back there? I just have 90s brows now. Im pretty sad, but theres nothing to do for it but wait for them to grow back. Anyway, back to the nails.The glossy topcoat was hiding some major flaws, as I found out the next few days. That topcoat started rubbing off almost immediately, and underneath, you could see the pits and ridges all over the tops of the nails. It was a week later I had a chance to go back, and the same technician was there. She fixed it for me, but didnt really seem to immediately see what the problem was. They look shabby af, lady, isnt it obvious? They shouldnt look like that after a week, and it started the literal day after I had them done. Those pits and ridges should never have been there at all.Then came the lifting. It started with the right index finger. That nail actually tore and popped off. I placed it back on with nail glue because I didnt want to have to go back into the salon *again*. Then the others started lifting at the bases, getting stuck in my hair, etc.. I have gone ahead and secured them with glue as well, because I cant deal with this right now. Oh, also, today? 2/5/2020? Today is two weeks since I had this manicure done. Ive paid too much for it to be just as bad as the one I had done at the mall. I wont be going back to Halo Day Spa.

Best nail salon on the east coast!! Amazing color selections - hundreds of options for gel manicure colors! Techs are fabulously friendly & experts at their craft!!! Totally recommend if youre in the area (worth driving an hour plus, honest)

I came in without a reservation and even though I did have to wait awhile, they were so conscious of apologizing about my wait. Helen did a great job on my nails. The place looks great inside, is clean and I felt the customer service was wonderful.

I chose Halo Day Spa because it got good reviews online and it was close to where I work. I scheduled my appointment online for 5 p.m. and I arrived 15 minutes early. I signed in, chose my color, and waited. And waited. And waited. At 5:30 I was still waiting and no one had given me an estimated time of when it would be my turn. Two women came in after me, and were called before me. The lady next to me had been waiting over an hour. The whole point of scheduling an appointment meant that I would be in and out in a timely fashion, and that definitely didnt happen here.I would not recommend Halo unless you had a lot of time to kill.

First and last time being there. I waited 20 minutes for them to paint my toes. I had to remind them numerous of times to paint my daughters toe nails. An hour later, the same person who did my pedicure did my full in as well. I had to tell him to cut my nails down and the shape of my were not that great at all. I was so frustrated I did not even allow them to put the paint on my nails. I should have not been charged full price because of that. I am just disgusted by the service I recieved

I have been a regular since they opened a few years ago but not anymore. This place has slowly gone downhill over the past year. I am not sure if they have different management or they just dont care anymore.But this is not the place I used to love. They have become a factory line type joint that only cares about how many customers they can go through in a day and make money. In my last visits, I have gotten burned twice because they were rushing (or juggling two clients at one time). The technician didnt even check the water and just put my feet in boiling hot water - TWICE - one can be an honest mistake, but two is just plain negligence. The are also very rough in their handling, in fact I had multiple cuts on my toes and fingers because the girl was not looking and trying to rush.Two times, I left the place sore, bleeding with cuts, and just stressed from the experience. Definitely not what I am looking for in a nail salon/day spa.

I recently moved to Maryland from California, and I thought of trying out this place for getting my nails due to high rating on google. I am truly disappointed, and I feel like i wasted my money. i had cuts under two of my nails on both my hands and I was unable to do any work for almost 2 weeks until it healed. I dont know if it was just my experience, but I can definitely tell that they arent as good as the ones Im used to. And i had to pay over $60 !!! Just for a manicure!!

Booked as a birthday gift to my wife. Mani, pedi, facial, foot and upper body massage. They did great and made her feel great. They even added an extra service because its her birthday. Very happy

I really wanted to like this nail salon because its near my home and I like supporting local businesses; however, I was pretty disappointed in my first and only experience here. I was politely greeted by the front desk staff and then introduced to my technician, who never bothered to even glance up at me because she was glued to her phone. I took a seat while she continued to remain on her phone for a while before we got started. The pedicure itself was OK but I did have to scrape paint off of my toes that shouldnt have been there and I feel like I could have done just as good of a job myself at home. Because I was put off by our initial introduction, I just didnt enjoy it. The only times she spoke to me was to confirm the specific pedicure type, to ask if the water temp was OK, and to let me know I was done (no hello, thank you, how are you?. I dont expect someone to entertain me with conversation through the duration of the experience, but some light initial conversation would have made me feel more welcomed. Its a matter of common courtesy and professionalism. I dont typically write reviews but felt that this needed to be shared if you are looking for a slightly more personal experience that pays attention to detail. Hopefully I just caught this tech on a bad day, but at the end of the all, I wont be returning to find out.

My mom and I come every 3 weeks to see Nancy and Antwan and have had nothing but good experiences. They salon is set up very well and the people are always friendly. I highly recommend Halo just dont steal Antwan and Nancy on Saturday mornings haha (:

Best nail place in Columbia, MD ever since Lisa and her sister took over management of it. Clean, bright, professional and well worth the $ you pay. Very high quality work and awesome customer service.

I got sns or dip on my nails they came out ok but I felt towards the end she rushed because her regular clients came . The guy who took over to do my feet left a gap of no color near my cutical made it look like it was 2 weeks out and grew out . He said it had to be that way. Dont get what tha was about.

I regularly patronized Halo because of their dip powder manicure. They are one of few in the area. I was pleased with my manicures and returned every three weeks for over a year. However, I am done. After my recent visit, I developed a nail bacterial fungus on all 10 nsils!! My derma confirmed it is a nail fungus that will take months to grow out. Ugh!! Im so upset. Furthermore, the topical solution prescribed is not covered by my insurance so Im laying 90$ out of pocket. Halo, please ensure your tools are sterilized!!!!!

The service at Halo Day Spa is wonderful. I especially love their Essential Gel mani-pedi. Its really a bargain ($69) for what you get. I recently went back to repair a broken nail, and they were able to fix it and match the color (I couldnt remember) with no problem. I strongly suggest that you schedule an appointment, because theyre really busy on the weekends. The Halo Day Spa website enables on-line scheduling, which is very easy to use. Ive had 5 different technicians and theyve all been very friendly.

I received an excellent Brazilian wax from Nancy today. Shes very thorough, gentle and nice.

Liked the color selection and the cleanliness, but the pedi was mediocre at best, with no base or top coat. $27 for a pedi that already (1 day later) looks like trash? Not worth it.

Ok so i went there and it was great but i got gel and acrylics and it would of been fine but the person was rushing or something cause my polish was not applied neatly and started chipping in 2 days. like the service was great but the actual nail didn’t turn out good.

Antwan is the nail attendant that I see every visit and I love him. He is so friendly.

Service is good and prices are generally reasonable. Most of the pedicure chairs are broken and uncomfortable which makes for a less than relaxing experience.

Probably one of the worst manicures I have ever had. She asked me about 7 times if I wanted gel and I kept insisting I did not want it and finally after her giving up on asking me she seemed annoyed and spent about 10 minutes on my nails, barely gave me a massage and then messily painted them. Never going back again.

My favorite place in Columbia near me. Staff is very friendly. I highly suggest Nancy, Tan, or Ann too.
