Laura and her team are awesome. They pamper you and teach you how to care for your skin and educate you on their products. There is also a cute boutique in there with great quality stuff in it.

I was first pleased with the services I made for a birthday spa day but after my friend had to make several attempts to get her nails fixed correctly, it became utterly annoying that no service was truly provided. Her nails were not done the correct way on the first day we received the services and despite my friend telling the nail technician (Brenda) that she needed nails that would last, seeing as her job requires her to work with food, Brenda did not use the usual nails, instead using some powder which caused the nails to break and make my friend afraid to really move as usual due to the brittleness. As you can see in the pictures, her nails look brittle and though she replaced one, she experienced a broken nail while she was quite literally doing nothing.This is neither her or my first time with fake nails but our other experiences have definitely not caused this much confusion, nor have we received an attitude from other establishments for just asking for the correct job to be done. I genuinely wanted my friend to have a great time and love her nails but after two days with a broken promise on doing a better (and originally expected) nail service, Brenda instead told my friend She is only doing repairs, along with She wont redo them all and to add a final nail in the coffin She has an attitude. After my friend left, she told me how Brenda informed her that her nails were dry but somehow while the nails were dry, they smudged? In addition, our other nail experience have lasted us each for a month, not two days in with broken nails. For this to be my first time at this establishment, it will also be my last. Additionally, they raised the prices and lied to my mother on the actual cost for the services. What was originally intended and guaranteed to be $100 dollars totaled up with close to $100 more on my end. This was originally a gift and I wished I looked elsewhere before spending close to $200 dollars to only receive an attitude and a half done job.Please do not waste your money on an establishment which obviously is overpriced and do not appreciate you or your time. To say that both my friend and I feel insulted is an understatement. We will gladly take our business to another establishment for any future services.

Got a facial from Lois and it was amazing! She does a great job and you can tell she is experienced. She also is very easy to talk to. Really kept me relaxed and I left feeling great inside and out! Thanks so much Lois!

Today was my first time at Ciao Bella and everyone was wonderful! From the moment I walked in it was such a pleasant experience. I had a facial with Ms Lois and she is the best! She is so knowledgable about skin and skincare, but is seriously such a wealth of wisdom overall. She was a blessing to meet and I look forward to future services with her.

I just cant say enough about my experience today at Ciao Bella Spa &Boutique- I enjoyed a pedicure and Dip nails from Nicole who was Fabulous- Ms.Lois gave me my first brow tint with shape Up..I am extremely please! I will be returning monthly for more pampering of a facials and massages..I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner yesterday who was very knowledgeable and just a humble woman! Thank you so much ladies for making my day off a relaxing sucess

They were really nice and friendly. I was late and they still saw me for an hour. The areas they worked on felt great but the main reason I went in was for my upper neck, which was the area I circled on the sheet they give you, and barely any time was spent on that. Most of the time was spent on my lower neck and upper back, which again felt great and I’m sure those knots contribute some, but I’m just tired of being in pain in my upper neck and having migraines and was really looking forward to getting some relief in the place I needed it the most. But again, it felt great in the areas it was done.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was serviced by Jasmine . She started my locs for me which I am highly pleased with 💙 she also washed my hair for me . She was very polite the entire visit, she also made sure I was pleased before my departure . I would highly recommend everyone to come here !

Loved this place the boutique is adorable and its very easy to get to. I got my eyebrows waxed by Dana and she was so sweet, so professional and personable I will definitely be going back to her again for sure.

This place doesnt deserve one star. My husband and I scheduled for a babysitter to watch our kids for us to have one of very few massages which was much needed. We came in 10 minutes prior to our appointment only for no one to be present for our requested services. We were told that all of the massage therapists left early. No one called us or even had the courtesy to notify us that no one would be available for our appointment. There was only one employee on site and she did apologize, however, this was the worst spa experience my husband and I have ever had. Please refrain from utilizing services from this establishment as they are unprofessional and threw off an entire relaxing weekend that my husband and I desperately deserved.

I get my waxing done at the spa, and ms Lois is absolutely amazing!! She puts you right at ease and you know you in good hands.

Ladies, not sure what to give their man on fathers day or any other gift. Allow Ms Lois to give them a facial. It was one of the best experiances I ever had and something I would never walkin and purchase on my own. My wife set this up for me and it turned out to be the ultimate relaxation, cleansing and pleasure experiance for your face. If your man is a hard worker like me, you know he needs it. I will be coming back to see Lois again

I have been going to Ciao Bella spa for over a year now. Recently I started massage therapy. Now Im no doctor but here is my story. I went to the Naval Academy and was medically retired due to an injury. My foot was crushed. After 8 foot surgeries Im in chronic pain and have been prescribed oxycodone 10 mg daily for chronic pain. Like I said I have had 8 foot surgeries. I have not only tried the surgeries that have failed me but also creams, other medications, tens units, saunas, steroid injections, the provant and many other options. Its to a point of another possible surgery to place a spinal cord stimulator in my back. Whats sad is Im only 24 and living in chronic pain. But how has Ciao Bella Spa helped me?! I started massage therapy there. I go in when I have chronic pain and I have replaced this massage treatment for around 20 minutes when its unbearable with a massage. Every time I have done this recently I have gone home and not taken my narcotic medication. I have tried tons of medical prescriptions and from now on I will use Cio Bella Spa! They are the relief I have been looking for since 2014! I urge anyone in chronic pain or is a military veteran to try Cio Bella Spa and maybe you too can get off narcotic medication like me.
