Let’s start here… From the first call I received after requesting an appointment online it has been amazing. The staff is so friendly and professional! Dr. Hottie… I mean, Dr. Ike was great! He explained everything clearly and built a plan to get me on the right track. MY HYGIENIST J, he’s the best!!!!!!!! He just has a very calm energy that makes him easy to be around. He worked through my cleaning efficiently and with grace!!!!! I’m glad that I made the appointment and I’m officially making them my new dentist office!!!!

I had my first visit with Dr. Ike yesterday (3/10/2021) and I was super impressed! Dr. Ike and his staff are wonderful people, the service was impeccable. From my arrival to my departure, I was treated superbly. I love everything about this practice and will be referring everyone I know! Oh, I must point out the lovely Kaylee❤️🥰!! Dr. Ike and his team made the “frightening” dental visit an amazing encounter. He listened to my concerns and formulated a treatment plan just for me. He truly went above and beyond for me and for that I am thankful. I highly recommend their services.

When I got there I jumped out the car to get to the door to find it was locked. Thats to be expected due to the current covid situation. There was a # to call that you give them your name and parking spot. The lady came out with my new patient papers. Once I got inside I sat in the area by the door. The hygienist came out took my temp and lead me into the cleaning area. The room was definitely clean and all the needed tools were sitting on the tray in a sterile containers. To not make this lengthy. My visit was a different experience and I look forward to going back.

This place was recommended by a fellow friend and they did not disappoint! The staff was super friendly and my dental hygienist was the best. Jerome was knowledgeable and gave me valuable information while I was waiting for Dr. Ike. This is nightly recommended!

I was impressed from start to finish.. My son had to be seen as a first time emergency pain patient. I did not know what to expect until I got there and boy was it a pleasant surprise. First, the office building feels like your in the future of dentistry offices. The staff was exceptional with greeting and situating us. Dr. Davis did an amazing job on my son who was in great pain and made sure he was ok the whole way through.my son is back to normal and the experience was great. Thank you Dr. Davis and staff!

This place is absolutely amazing. From the excellent customer service, down to the look of the office itself. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. They fit me in at literally the last minute when I had issues with another dental office. Dr. Ike was very nice and assured that I was comfortable throughout the process. The staff at the front desk and the dental assistant was excellent. I just concern how the dentist want to pull two good tooths to help with gum pain. I thought dentists would try to save your teeth before they would pull them??? I went to a second opinion and got a good explanation what causing my gums to hurt without pulling a teeth. But I guess when u a new patient they would tell you anything just to make that paper. I am gladly I listen to others to get a second opinion.

I had a root canal performed at this practice and it was an amazing experience. I have never had a root canal before therefore, I was very nervous. The staff made me feel very comfortable and were genuinely concerned about me feeling at ease. The dentist was very professional and the procedure did not hurt, there was no yanking, and his quality of work is excellent. I was so excited when they told me I was done because I would have never imagined the experience being so easy and fast😆😆😆😂😂😂👍👍👍👏👏👏

Very dissatisfied. Went to get 1 crown repaired and was given a plan of care to replace all teeth with crowns...even 1 less than a year old. Then they demanded payment before service...never heard of this before. What if something had changed before completion ??? Something smells really fishy there... BEWARE

Very beautiful and modern establishment. Staff was very welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout my visit. My most enjoyable aspect was definitely the smell of the facility. It didnt have the eerie dentist smell and I felt very relaxed upon entrance. Will definitely transfer my family to Design Dentistry!

Dr. Ike makes the scary dental experience ENJOYABLE. He takes his time and makes sure the job is done the right and he’ll make you laugh. 😆What I love most about my experience is Dr. Ike taking the time to answer my questions. A lot of dentist just comes in do the job and leave. Dr. Ike answered all my questions and gave me an honest answer. The staff is great and I enjoy my talks with Mrs. Yolanda at the front desk. Dr. Ike and his staff really made me feel at ease at my latest appointment. Learning that you have to get a dental procedure done can be daunting. But all those feelings went away as the staff and Dr. Ike began to explain what was about to take place. As Dr. Ike started the procedure he and his assistant kept making sure I wasnt in too much pain and I understood his steps. I will definitely be back!

How can a dentist give his best advice if he never looks in your mouth. Xrays dont have feelings but I do.

I receive an appointment for the day after I called. I had a great experience. The entire staff provided exceptional service! My teeth look good and feel great. You guys are AWESOME!

I usually never write reviews but this practice was outstanding! They fit me in on super short notice when I chipped my tooth the day before traveling out of the country. They even stayed after hours to finish the procedure (cosmetic bonding) which looks completely natural and even. I always get nervous when seeing new doctors and Ive seen the same dentist my entire life - Dr. Davis and his entire staff were so friendly, warm, welcoming and genuine. They were fun and easy to talk to and when the procedure took a little longer than expected, they ALL stayed about half an hour past closing. The entire visit was relaxing and stress free and Im even interested in having my usual cleanings done there now. Dr. Davis took his time and made sure that my cosmetic work looked perfect - he even joked that he was very picky which I really appreciated. He asked me about all of my dental history to get a really good understanding of the work Ive had done before doing anything. He is SO nice and I would definitely recommend this office!

New Patient- Made an 11:30 appointment for Saturday due to a chipped tooth. They wanted insurance information over the phone before making the appointment and said if there was an issue with verification they would call me back. Once in the office, I sat for over an hour before they called me back. Then they told me my State insurance is out of network and I had to pay for x-rays and an exam before they could give me as estimate on the cost to fix my tooth. Decided getting my tooth fixed by shady people isnt worth it. On a positive note- the office is nice.

Great experience! I was nervous to have a wisdom tooth taken out but I felt no pain and fast recovery. Dr Ike is great thank you.

I would 100% recommend this dental practice! I went to Apsen Dental first, got an exam and XRays, followed by an inaccurate quote and recommended dental work that I was later informed was probably inadequate for my presenting complaint. I took my Xrays here, and right of the bat felt more welcomed and valued as a patient. Dr. Ike recommended an alternate treatment that would more likely address my concerns. Even more importantly, the assistants and office staff were willing and able to discuss pricing and payment options with me in a straightforward way. They worked with me to find the best solution. The got me in for appointments quickly, and even squeezed me in on a Saturday to adjust my bite after my procedure. I love and greatly appreciate their flexible hours, too. I am so pleased with the totality of the treatment I received here, and I will not go anywhere else in Columbia now.

Wonderful doctor and staff

Called at 4:25pm on Friday after seeing their business hours listed as open until 6pm. I was told by an answering service that Id have to call back during regular business hours. This is pathetic.
