Let me lead with I love my Cardiologist. However if you’re coming here for an appointment, be prepared to WAIT. My appointment was at 7 for blood work only. It’s almost 7:40, there’s a lobby full of people, and no one has been called back. This is very frustrating. Especially when you have a job to go to.

Great. The staff from the cleaning, food, patient services, nurses, techs, doctors, attendants, 5hose in patients areas, those in prep, post, all treated me with professional, courteous, excellent care,. At all times, was treated with upmost respect and concern.

They are pretty horrible. I’m so mad right now.

Caring staff. Very thorough.

I recently visited with Prisma Heart Hospital. Iam very thankful to share a five star review of Mr. and Mrs. Dr. Baugh and Dr. Wells and their team members of my experience and communication and handling while I was there under their expertise and care. Ms. Sonja in admissions was kind, pleasant and helpful. Thank you for the duty you care for each day in your work in the lives of all who come through those doors!

The center is clean, machines are in good working condition and the staff seems to be friendly. However, I have received little or no encouragement and seem to be blindly going through a program with no updates or education on what milestones they look at. So far Im disappointed

My dad is suffering from congestive heart failure.. He has had triple by-pass surgery here and has had to be admitted numerous times over the years... The staff have been wonderful, respectful, and courteous to both my dad and our family... They are diligent and make us feel like they care... Every single time.. I cant thank them enough.

I spent 3 days in the Heart Hospital, one of which was Intensive Care. I was impressed with everything from the organized parking to the health care providers. Every step of the way of my surgery I was treated with respect and courtesy. During the pre-op process, all my questions and concerns were addressed. At the hospital, providers took time to talk with me and address my fears.In Intensive Care, providers were extremely attentive. They had prepared me for what was going to happen in surgery. Afterwards, I was well cared for. In the heart hospital, the staff takes time to review your information every shift change. This is reassuring. The staff is organized, caring and respectful. The facility is clean. I highly recommend this facility.

Enjoying my visit at Palmetto Heart ❤The nurse I had today is one of the best I ever had. She exemplifies the best example of what a nurse she be.

Have been seeing Dr. Terry Grainger for many years and would highly recommend him. He is always attentive to your concerns, answers all your questions and his staff are always very professional and friendly.

My aunt has been up here for 2 days now. She has been treated so nice. The food in the cafeteria is not bad at all for hospital food.

Came to the er with shortness of breath. Whole left side numb. Lightheaded. I have been here ovrr an hour getting worse noones seen me.

Beautiful place! Nice staffing team as well. Parking sucks , but thats to be expected.

Wife had surgery here and we stayed 3 days. Every nurse and staff we came across has been frendly and professional. Even maintenance workers when they pass you in the hall.We traveled here from Indiana for a specific surgeon that palmetto was smart enough to add to there team.

Staff are very caring, and its nice and clean. Overall a beautiful place

I would recommend my entire family to Palmetto Heart,they have a great group of doctors and great staff,but my favorite is Dr Businero,she is wonderful,great bedside manner and she listen to you and family.Keep up the good work.My husband got great treatment while he was their.
