Uneventful and smooth process for my blood work. It wasnt busy today at 8 oclock for my appointment. In and out in less than 30 mins.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, as requested on their website. I also had all of the necessary paperwork prepared. Andrea was very kind and professional. I was even able to leave less than 5 minutes after the time my appointment was scheduled for. Wonderful staff, clean facilities.

Miss Stephanie did a great job taking my blood. Barely felt a thing. I received prompt and courteous service.

I would give this visit 0 stars if I could. The lady at the front desk was very rude. She didnt have the right records for my visit. She didnt care that I had already spoke with customer service regarding a past due. I wont ever work with this location again. Only one person cared. Stephanie deserves 5 stars for her work. O for the rest!

Rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful to the patients. Will not be returning to this location and will instead make the drive to a different one.

It’s a very paining experience, They have inserted the needle very deep and trying to change the direction of the needle to draw the blood once its inside my vein even though i complained it’s hurting

Rec’d no notice upon making an appointment or check-in that doctors’ orders must be printed instead of digital. They made me drive to a copy shop to print out the order instead of using the printer sitting right in front of me.

Your driver with license plate TIV 564 (LapCorp.com on the side of vehicle) was driving while on her phone, cut me off to get in front instead of staying behind me where she was originally, and was doing ATLEAST 15 mph over the speed limit. This does not reflect well for LapCorp.

Every time I am here the front desk is rude. Same lady every time. If you ask her a question she acts put out and that she doesn’t have time for you. If you ask how long the wait is her answer is 15 min to an hour. How stupid is that. There is no reason for her attitude.

Professional staff and quick and easy experience. I had made an appointment beforehand and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have been getting frequent bloodwork done at Labcorps on Gervais St The staff is always efficient & friendly. They are experts at what they do. This is the place to go for people who are afraid of needles. No pain at all. And good Covid precautions.

Disregard all of the negative reviews on this page. There were several people there to assist, and my blood draw was done without pain. One of the best ones I have ever had. I would go no where else to get my lab work done.

2021 Review: Im upgrading my review. Had to come back in for labs recently. I was dreading having to come up here after my visit a few years ago. This time was much better. There were multiple staff to check you in. Everyone was nice, friendly, and efficient.2019 Review: Typically slow inefficient medical office. They have an electronic check-in, but then you still have to go to the desk and fill out paperwork and show your insurance card. Not sure why they want to see my same insurance card every time I walk in the place. I saw that its already on file when I did the electronic check-in. They are understaffed, the lady checking you in is also the one doing the labs. Also heard the staff complaining about being unable to get the proper supplies. Unfortunately there isnt much other choice except yo go to the hospital.

Honestly this is one the worst places I’ve ever been. Never have a seen such an inefficient and unprofessional workplace. It’s understandable that it takes time in between each patient, but it took me an hour to be seen when there was only one patient in front of me. The workers are constantly having personal phone calls during hours which take up majority of the time and if you try to ask them questions they respond in a very rude manner. 1 Star is too good of a rating for this place. If I had any other alternative I’d take it in a heartbeat.

I was a little nervous for my first visit after reading the other reviews. Thankfully, I had a great experience. I think the trick may be to go early in the morning. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Stephanie, who did the blood draw, was kind and professional.

Unbelievably slow. I arrived ten minutes early for an appointment, still hadnt been since 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. There were at least 4 women working and I still couldnt get anyone to tell me when I would be accommodated. On a separate occasion they had to try multiple times to get a successful draw. I wish I had more alternatives in the area.

I was nervous to go here because the reviews but they are ABSOLUTELY wrong I walked in 11 am on Thursday as soon as my Dr fax order they took me back the lady at the front was very patient my Dr left a number off they needed so she had to wait for a need order as soon they received it I was taken back in under 60 secs I was done the drawer was amazing my veins always roll and I usually get stuck more then once she was done with me as soon as she stuck me very happy with there services I am from out of town but would definately us Labcorp again from my impression with this staff. Thanks fingers crossed I am pregnant. 😍

Read all the negative reviews and was hesitant to go here but I had to for a work health screening. Got there 10 minutes before my 10am appointment and checked in. 2 people ahead of me.Sat down and 10 minutes later was called up to the desk and verified information. 5 minutes after that I was having blood drawn. Walked out the door at 10:10.

If I could give negative stars I would: Painfully slow experience, arrived 10 minutes early for an appointment at 10:30 and wasnt called back until 11:27 I am a student at USC and live an hour and a half away. I will be making that drive once a month and get lab work done there because the experience was so awful. If there is any alternative for you; do it!

Mrs. Betty is the best. But she really needs help and they wont hire someone to help her.

This is the slowest place of business I ever experienced. They need to hire another person, the lady behind the desk is absulotely too slow and maybe too much to handle the amount of people that comes hereHire her some help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was horrible unprofessional one person running everything🤔and she was so rude Ive been here for two hours they are understaff I need to close down I will be taking my business else where two thumbs down

The staff.... They gather at the front desk to talk. Where the window is open and clients can hear. Not a good look.
