Great concept for locally licensed beauty professionals to start their own business. Individual shops and salons can choose their own hours since after a certain time, its code accessible plus each shop has its own door for that particular business. Wifi is available for customers but not sure if its only for paying business owners or included in their spaces lease.

Love working at this beautiful studio and I call it my away from home. Everyone is amazing thoughtful and talented ❤💖. Highly recommend !!

I didnt like this salon especially room 9 so unprofessional. all i say is do better and teach your clients to keep their mouth closed,also the people in the salo salon had a very bad attitude. please do not waist your time at this salon. I highly do not recommend it.

Miss Lynn in Room 8 is AMAZING and definitely a 5+ star. I have followed her for 19 years now and drive an hour to see her.Jill in room 7 is the most unprofessional stylist I’ve ever come across in my life. She is unorganized, doesn’t respect your time, and is a horrible colorist. She fried mine and my daughters hair. I sent a text 2 weeks later, due to some personal issues going on in her life, simply to explain the situation, tell her I wouldn’t be back, and asked her to consider at least a partial refund for my daughter, as $125 for damaged hair was alit for a young person. I knew better, when we showed up for a 12 o’clock appt and she had to “run out” to get product. I told her she was a nice person and hoped she wouldn’t rush through someone else’s service in the future. I said my peace and was done. Then I got thisEntire salon knows all about your gig!U pulled this last year with another stylist!Good luck!!Instead of addressing anything about how she ruined both of our hair, she chose to bring up an incident from 2 1/2 years ago with Karee. Yes, my youngest daughter went to her for a color correction and it went really bad. I was upset, spoke with Karee and she PROFESSIONALLY handled it by apologizing that we weren’t happy, and refunding our money. There was no blame, just the fact that a service went wrong. She had done a great job on my hair, but unfortunately it wasn’t the same outcome for my daughter. We handled it.My time, money, and integrity is very important to me. Jill didn’t respect any of them, then tried to turn her complete incompetence around on me, like I was running through the salon trying to get free services or something. I am a hardworking PROFESSIONAL woman who tried to handle this as low key as possible. Jill’s complete and utter lack of ownership for her failure changed the game. I found her through Groupon and shame on me for not reading reviews.Even though the service wasn’t what we expected with Karee 2 1/2 years ago, the experience was handled in a professional manner, and I couldn’t have asked for more.

Had an appt with Jill at M. Salon and Spa. She never showed up. I left after waiting for an hour. Excuses for days and little amount of apology. Unprofessional and very disappointed
