If your plan on going to this barbershop shop, do some research on the place and the craft of the individual barbers. The haircut I received was worst than me cutting my own hair at home. The barber I saw was Tony and I’m sad to say, I sat in the wrong chair. It seemed like he was a timid rookie barber who had little experience in cutting hair and was not prepared. He missed many things like lining up my hair on the sides above my ears and didn’t line up my sideburns/beard evenly as well as my mustache. The worst part about my haircut was that his poor quality, wireless electric liners died in the middle of my haircut. He had to ask the next barber to borrow his liners to finish what was left of my terrible haircut.When I looked in the mirror I knew the damage was done, there was nothing left that he could do to save my cut and I was just ready to get out of there. He even had the audacity to charge me $35 dollars for messing my hair up. If I could give any advice, please work more on your craft, techniques and invest in better barbering equipment. Also update your new address on Google. Newcomers, take some extra time to scope out all the barbers before sitting in anyone’s chair.

New to the city and I found the right spot. They can cut black and whites hair. I got that Steve Harvey Cut with enhancer. They are located on the lower level of the mall between Childrens place and Kay Jewlers. My map was off.

I typically wouldn’t do reviews, but I’m pretty disappointed. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for my 2 boys to get their haircut today. While trying to schedule the appointment on the phone the day before the woman on the phone asked why I wanted to make an appointment instead of just walking in. I told her I didn’t want to have to sit there for an hour with 2 kids to wait to be seen. So she continues to schedule the appointment with Mike. She asked what time I would like. I asked when would he be available. She told me all day. So I said 2 would be good. She confirmed and said it was put in for 2 tomorrow Sunday September 1st. Today, Sunday sep. 1. I come in at 1:55 with my 2 boys. Sign their name on the paper saying they have their appointment. I sit down with no acknowledgement from any of the staff. Finally, 15 minutes later one of the staff walks up to the front and I ask if Mike is there given I have an appointment at 2 and it is now 2:15. He looks confused and asked if I’m sure it was with mike. I tell him yes. He tells me Mike must have forgotten because he already left. And asked if I wanted to reschedule. What is the point of rescheduling if he forgot about the appointment I originally made? It is 2 days before the first day of school, which is why I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. I’ve wasted my time going up to the barber shop to basically be stood up. Now I have to rush around and find another barber to cut my kids’ hair. Very unprofessional and unorganized. This has definitely ruined my view of this place, and I can say I will never be back.

Been coming here for about 2 years. I book with Ayin when he is free, but if he is not free I’m comfortable to go to anyone else because I have not had one bad experience here. I also get my hair braided here before getting my hair cut at friendly faces and trust me when I say.. Sherrell is a phenomenal hair stylist. Don’t hesitate to book all your hair appointments here.

Our visits to see Nicki for my daughters hair braiding is always one of her favorite days! Nicki takes the time to wash, deep condition, braid and teach her how to take care of them! We have been going for about a year now.

Well I live right across the street from the shop, so walking and getting to appointments is fairly easy for me. They do a pretty good job at cutting your hair. Prices are a little higher than your average Barbershop. Nevertheless none of those examples are the reason for this review. The problem Lies when it comes to scheduling appointments in the morning. In better words, when you schedule a appointment in the morning its horrible..... An please dont click the wrong button online when scheduling a haircut appointment because the guy will push you back behind another client. The online description of the different haircuts are confusing as well. Heres an example: instead of the shop naming its haircuts regular haircut online. It has name them buzz cut online. Which is extremely confusing because I dont know what theyre talking about. Neither do I have military experience to understand what theyre talking about. Today I had a scheduled appointment at 11 a.m. I was the first client and I showed up on time. The guy cancelled my appointment due to me clicking buzz cut online instead of Mohawk cut. He then told me I can cut your hair around 11:45. Which would have inconvenience me that was the whole purpose of me making a 11:00 appointment. He also said that he had another client coming in at 11:30 so he couldnt cut my hair at 11 because it would take longer. I have all the pictures and emails to back my claims.

I found the staff extremely helpful and professional which felt like their normal routine. Strongly recommend the experience...

I took my 16 year old daughter to barber Corey for a undercut. We sent a picture of what she wanted and they promised he could do it. She asked for a cat. Halfway through the undercut he says, I cant do it but I can do a snowfake no he couldnt. It was horrible, she got a rash, didnt get the shampoo that was supposed to be a part of the service and it cost $40. Yes i said $40. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

It was a big mistake. They gave my 7 yr old a huge cut and they dont know how to cut hair. Its a piece of joke...I will never go there again. They should close this place down immediately. They dont even deserve 1 star

Came in on a Friday evening and to see how early I can get a cut on Saturday morning. Although they open at 9, the barber said be here at 7am. It’s 7:35 and I got here 10 minutes early. Wanted to give this spot a try and show my support. Doubt it will ever happen now.
