This is the best salon Ive been to in 9 years. I went to the same stylist for a very long time and then we relocated and Ive been paying way too much for mediocre service. Then we moved to Tennessee and I was blessed to find Envy. I had my hair colored and cut with Alyssa yesterday and not only was she a joy to talk with but I am in love with my color and cut. The whole place has such a welcoming vibe. I have found my hair home and I couldnt be happier!

Karsyn did an amazing job!! she did everything i asked for and she was super sweet and complimented me bunches while doing my hair :) i came in with overgrown bangs and my hair was basically all one length and pretty long since i had waited so long to cut it and she fixed me right up!! i showed her my reference photos and she copied them pretty accurately. definitely returning for a haircut again!! 💗

Lauren is amazing. Ive looked for someone in Columbia for years and a good gets her hair done by Lauren and suggested I try her. She has won me over for sure. Everyone is friendly and amazing. You wont regret seeing Lauren at all.

This was my first time at this salon and let me tell y’all! It was amazing! The atmosphere was like non other by a large margin. Super boho rustic look. Karsyn Cut my hair and she did such an amazing job! She was so nice and understanding. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it.

So I needed to get my hair fixed, a previous salon did not do justice. So I randomly made an appointment with Charleigh Garrett. She took the picture I wanted and made it EXACTLY how I wanted it. I don’t make reviews often but when I do, they are much deserving. Thank you Charleigh!

AMAZING!!! Sydney took her time listening to exactly what I wanted, offering some of her own helpful hints/suggestions along the way. She paid attention to detail and stayed an hour after closing time to finish the job. I’m so so happy with the result and will be going back for sure!

Miranda has done my hair for years and she always does a phenomenal job, I will not see anyone else! She’s the sweetest and her attention to detail is spot on. I went to see Kristen for a cut and highlights, and I couldnt be more pleased. She knows the technicalities of coloring hair, and she is an expert at maintaining the health and integrity of hair. Went in for my first coloring today. I was a bit nervous, but Belle did an awesome job with the color and styled it so beautifully before I left!

Sydney was amazing! I went to her about 2 months out from my wedding to get a trial run and see how I would like it. She worked with me, listened to what I wanted, and the results were great. I booked her for my labor day weekend wedding. She contacted me the following week to ask if I wanted her to come out to my venue to do my hair vs. me going to Columbia and then driving to the venue. What awesome customer service! My hair was perfect for my wedding. Definitely recommend to everyone!

This was our first trip to Envy. My daughter wanted to try a pixie cut so we were a little nervous how it would turn out. Taylor did an amazing job and my daughter is so happy with her new hairstyle, a perfect summer do. Theres a very cool vibe to the salon like something you might find in Nashville. Lauren has been my stylist for many years and I have nothing but good things to say about her. She’s creative and is an artist when it comes to cut and style. She listens to what you say and then offers suggestions based on her experience, knowledge and creativity.I do want to review one of the brushes that she is selling at her salon. I LOVE it! It’s called the Wet brush pro and it comes in three different colors. It’s like getting a scalp massage every time you brush your hair. It’s great for detangling and quick drying your hair. It’s very light weight and is very easy to handle. I bragged about this product so much that now it’s on the Christmas list of many of my friends and family. Thanks Lauren for a great product!

I loved getting my hair done here! I’m mixed, so I have super textured hair and I was a little worried that my hair wouldn’t end up how I wanted it, but my stylist, Sydney, did such a good job that I’m definitely gonna be coming back! She was super nice and made sure to ask me if I needed anything when I was under the steamer. 10/10 recommend this place. It’s cute and I enjoyed the music they played, as well.

Loved the salon and Mickaela. She did a great job with my cut and color. Super reasonably priced also. I just moved to town and took a chance and I’m glad I did!

Emma is the only one I’ll have cut my hair. She helped me decide on a new hair style that suited me and was able to handle my unruly curls. I love it! Emma gave good cleaning tips and suggested helpful products for styling. She’s quick and efficient, even made me laugh harder than I thought I could.

For those of you who are thinking of going :) not that the rest of their stylists aren’t just as good, but she cut mine perfectly and it turned out exactly like I wanted!

She takes her time and makes sure that I am happy before I walk out the door. Kristen also does fab work on extensions. I wouldnt trust anybody else to beat my wig!

Ive always had such an amazing experience there. Kristin has been amazing with my hair and Taylor did so well with my daughter who has Down syndrome, making her feel comfortable, and actually cutting her hair on the floor. Love this place

I have to tell you about Lauren who is the most talented stylist to have ever done my hair. I went to her some weeks ago (next appt coming up soon). She gave me the hands down best haircut and highlights Ive ever had!!! I told her about my stubborn problem areas and she instantly understood how to fix them. Ive never had such easy-to-style hair ever ever ever! And the highlights were perfection, too. Lauren was able to weave closer to my scalp than Ive ever had. She even painted some in the back which no one else had ever done.Envy salon has a very stylish contemporary industrial decor with soothing calm pleasant music is playing overhead.What else can I say? Ive definitely found my gold mine!

I was referred to Envy, specifically Lauren, by a friend. Ive been to Lauren 5 or 6 times and every time I am very happy with the result. I like the new location and the updated look of the salon. The staff is friendly and the appointment reminder system is very helpful.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! I am new to the area and I was looking up salons for me and my sister in law to go to. I came across Envy Hair Salon and right away I loved the reviews and the pictures of the salon! First off, when you walk in, the atmosphere is so pretty. I love the industrial look, and I love the plants. It is very clean! Second, everyone is super nice! I went for an appointment with my sister in law and we were greeted right away! We had the same hair dresser that did both our hair. She sat us next to each other so we could talk. It was very nice. Audrey was our stylist. She knew what to do with our hair right away. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. Our hair came out soooo good. Seriously, I always get nervous when I go to new stylists, and she is seriously a keeper. I would recommend her to anyone. Keep in mind both me and my sister in law have dark hair and we are going blonde. We found our forever salon!

I love Envy! I always have a great expedience every time I go. Mickaela always does a awesome job on my hair. Taylor also recently done my hair AND make up and I couldnt have been more happy about it. I highly recommend Envy and also those two stylist.

Fabulous little salon! Trendy and pleasant atmosphere! For my first appointment I got a trim for my long locks and a deep condition. My hair stylist was Sydney. She is a young, open-minded indivdual with outstanding focus on guest satisfaction. I have very thick, long hair and she spent every moment of the appointment putting great care into my hair and experience. For example, my hair dries to be wavy and frizzy. She expertly dried my hair leaving it smooth and straight. I felt very comfortable that she knew what she was doing. I heard from other hairstylists that she is the one to go to for short hairstyles. And as a girl with a pixie cut, she would be knowledgeable of the right ways to cut short hair. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time at Envy and I highly suggest Sydney Pinson as your hairstylist!

Very bad experience. I called Lauren to tell her the salon damaged my my hair. It’s frizzy and lost it’s shine. The cut was bad. The color burned my hair. I called Lauren the owner, she was very nice, promised to call me back to make things right. She never called back. Or made things right. I’m really surprised that a owner of a salon that’s this pricey would be so irresponsible.

I went to this salon and stood in the reception area for about 15 minutes. Although several stylists saw me, I was never acknowledged, or welcomed.I will never return and found the experience quite unprofessional.

Now Lauren, an artist in hair styling, has a venue worthy of her atistry. My kids and I love the new salon--my kids especially loved the little pooch😀 I highly recommend you visit the absolute coolest salon in middle Tennessee!

I have been to several salons in and around Columbia, TN but I love the atmosphere here (especially at the new location) and I love Taylor. She makes my kids and I look great every time we go in. She is sweet and easy to talk to and she cares about your experience from beginning to end.

I am visiting TN and needed a perm. The young lady I usually see has taken time off to care for family members, so I needed to find a new place to go. The reviews for Envy seemed okay, so I called. I asked if they did perms, roller sets and had someone that could back comb my hair. The young lady that answered the phone didnt know, so she put me on hold to check. I really appreciated her going the extra mile. She said yes, they had someone that could do that.When i arrived, my stylist was behind. My appointment started 30-40 min late. No problem, things happens. But when she finished with my perm, she ran her fingers thru it and asked if I wanted her to put hairspray on it. I told her I want a roller set and a back comb. She proceeds to tell me they dont do that! I told her I needed a finished hair style. She did not offer to use a curling iron or blow dryer to finish my hair. I would have paid extra. I dont have an opinion about the perm yet. The staff was very nice, but it is basically a place for hair cuts and colors. If you have an event and need a finished look, go elsewhere. And dont trust what you are told on the phone.I travel alot and most everywhere I go, a set or curling iron style is included with your perm. I am very disappointed!

First highlight with Lauren (the owner) was great.The next 4 highlight and lowlight experiences were horrible (with Lauren). I say 4 because thats how many I got within 6 weeks. My hair went from pretty highlights to green, gray and orange with polka dots mixed in. She tried fixing it each time and each time it got worse. Waste of money and had to spend $150 getting it fixed by a real professional.Sweet person though.

Lauren (the owner) is a master. She does a fantastic job every time which is why I drive from wherever I live to have her do my hair - and that has included Memphis, Mississippi, Hendersonville, and now Murfreesboro. Envy is amazing and I would never go anywhere else.

I wanted to get my hair fixed for the Taylor Swift concert tonight. Since I have a pit ticket, and because it’s really hot outside, I asked for an updo. I arrived at 1:00 and they informed me that they wouldn’t have time to give me an updo, but that they could give me some curls. (I didn’t realize it took 2 hours to do an updo..this salon closes at 3:00..) I went ahead and said that would be okay since I didn’t have much time as my friends and I are about to leave to head to Nashville. The girl that curled my hair used a flat iron on it for about 5 min and then switched to a curling wand for about 5 min and was done! It was somewhat curled, but nothing I couldn’t do at home myself. (I WISH I HAD NOW!) Then they charged me $35!!!!! They didn’t wash my hair, dry it, or anything?! $35 for a 10 min curl job is absolutely outrageous!!! I will not be back to this salon.

I scheduled an appointment, slightly nervous because it was going to be my first time going here. I felt some reassurance because my cousin said it was great. When I get there, they forgot to write my name down for my scheduled appointment. After showing them where I texted back and forth with someone from the store, and then showing me their phone also, all they said was Sorry in a way that proved they didnt care. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, and I generally give people the benefit of the doubt. Terrible customer service. Pick anywhere but here.

My mother and i went here for a hair cut at the end of January. I had Emma and she had sydney, we both have very curly hair. I honestly dont think either of them had cut curly hair before. My moms hair is super uneven and i look like a poodle, i have so much hair in my face i have to pull it back all the time. If you have curly hair just avoid this place. Also i was unhappy with my hair before i left and emma basically told me to leave. She said why dont you go home and see how you like it. Just dont go here.
