Called on 7-27-2021 and left a message for someone to call me back to set up an appointment. Today is 8-4-2021 and I a still waiting for a call back. Not a good way to win over new customers.

Gina, the owner, is great! Her shop is very clean and modern. She is also very inviting and friendly.I first met her when she styled my hair for my friends wedding. I wasnt in love with that style but I wanted to see what she could do for my wedding hair do. I had two trials with her so I could see if I wanted a full updo or a half up/half down style. As our trials progressed she really got to know my hair (crazy curls!) and how to work with it. I decided the half up/half down was the right style for me. I went in on my wedding morning and she was ready to go 10 minutes early. And she did even better on the day of than the trials! Every thing was smooth and lasted all day without moving. I live two hours away but if I ever have another event in Columbia, I will definitely come back to Gina.I have attached 4 photos. 2 of the updo hair trial, 1 of the front view on the wedding day and 1 of the back view from the trial because I dont have any of the actual wedding day.

Gina is super fabulously amazing! She has a tremendous sense of style and class all on her own. She is super friendly and is on point with her customer service and desire to keep customers coming back for more. She is also amazing with new trends! She colored my hair in pink, purple and turquoise strips and it looks AMAZING and it still looks AWESOME a month later! She is a true talented lady!

Mary Piper is the best. My Brows are awesome and love my eyelashes and nails. I highly recommend Mary. She’s delightful 🦋
