I have gone to Tracy at Aria for over a year. She is by far the best nail tech I have ever had the pleasure of knowing, and she has made my cuticles and nails so much healthier.Bryan is almost always at the front to greet you with a warm smile when you enter. So welcoming & sweet & does an excellent job!Original review: This was my first time at Aria & it is the most beautiful salon I’ve stepped foot in in the Columbia area!!! I called ahead to make an appointment & told them it was my lunch break, he initially asked if I could come a little later & I said no & he said they’d be able to accommodate me. They greet you when walking in, offer you a drink, TONS of colors to choose from, & the woman who did my nails was wonderful! I did the dip powder & she was extremely meticulous while being quick which I really appreciate. I’ve tried many salons and it seems like you can’t have perfect nails done quickly anywhere else!!I’ll definitely continue going here.

OVERRATED! I have visited this nail spa multiple times and each time I was disappointed. Got a mani/pedi today and I felt rushed in and out, my nail tech kept getting polish on my skin with EACH NAIL, then the same tech messed up my eyebrow wax. She also kept snatching my off with the cuticles trimmer which is gonna cause my skin to peel back when it starts to grow. The last time I came the tech named Tammy got an attitude with me after I said I wanted 3 coats of polish instead of 2. They usually offer a beverage during ur time there but this time I heard and saw everyone with something to drink except me, so I finally just asked forg some water. I definitely won’t be back again.

I’ve gone to several nail salons in Columbia trying to find the right place. I will only go to Aria Nail Spa from now on. The inside is nicely decorated and clean! The owners are incredibly nice. I was very impressed with the services. All of the nail techs do a great job!

Every time I come here my nails are spot on. Professional, friendly, and there is a very handsome gentleman whos customer service alone makes you wanna come back lol. 10/10

I’ve been there 3 times and every time I go the places is always clean and when I walk in the door everyone is nice and respectful and my service is always good. I highly recommend them for them as a nail salon they always do my nails good! I love going

This was my first time at this salon and I loved it. Tracy did an amazing job on my nails and toes. My service wasn’t rushed. The atmosphere is quiet and calming. All of the ladies are extremely nice and helpful.

I was very disappointed in my visit. My tech didn’t do my top coat correctly, so my gel is super dull and my shape is awful. I told the tech they were hurting me during my massage. I was ignored and he continued with the same pressure making me super uncomfortable. I had to go to another salon to get my pedicure corrected.

The establishment was near empty when I walked in. There was an elder lady that came in at the same time. I let her go before me out of respect. She had several questions which must have gotten on their nerves because the employee with the short red hair was very rude to her. I ended up checking in with another employee who took 2 hours on and manicure and pedicure that my 3 year old could have done. I’ve never spent that much time in a salon, and the fact that polish was all over my skin and nails just made it 10 times worst.I paid $90 for that. I also gave her a tip because I’m a good person, but I won’t ever be back which is super sad because this place is so convenient.

I came to this nail salon an hour before closing with my neighbor they stated they were not taking anymore clients. I left and went to another nail salon. I decision to go to them again another month and they did not do a good gel pedicure. I have never had gel polish peel off of my toe in 2 days. Absolutely ridiculous. The manager is very rude and lady that does nails was very rude and did not do as asked. I walked out of shop with acrylic all around nail beds.. nice clean place but horrible service I will never go back.

I truly believe Aria is trying to set themselves apart and above the run of mill nail shops. The aesthetics of the interior design are pleasing....except for the acoustics. I booked 2 (my daughter and I) of the top spa packages. It included the VIP room. I did so because I truly needed to relax. The aromatherapy was great. The chair comfortable...but here comes the but- but the spa couldnt handle two obnoxiously loud clients who were given too many glasses of wine. You could hear them throughout the spa. The manager attempted to speak with them but too know avail they allowed those clients to disturb our experience as well as the other 2 clients within the spa at the time. I know one of them also spoke with the manager regarding the behavior these other 2 were allowed to continue to display. I will say we did receive excellent pedicures and manicures, but I paid for a more upscale environment and didnt receive it. The manager apologized and gave us a coupon for our next visit. I am not sure I will return. I spent 370.00 and I not sure Aria set themselves apart from any other nail salon when I really think about it. We did not receive the body lotion that is included in the package, the paraffin hand dip, or the collagen drink either. Our nail techs were amazing and truly felt bad about the situation.

Meagan is my nail tech of choice. She has great customer service and my pedicures are always well done. I will continue to use Aria over other salons in Columbia, SC.

They worked quickly, but quality is a different story. It has not been a week and I have lines in my nails. Argh!!! Sadly, I got the dip, which never happens to present lines until now. Its why I get the dip! Smh

Its the excellent customer service that keeps me coming back here. Salon is always nice and clean.

I was really disappointed with this salon. I had gel removed which took forever (I had an appointment and they were running behind) and was seen by 3 different employees, in between other clients, which was hectic. I then had a regular manicure and after the application of the top coat, there was a ton of bubbles in the polish. I asked if the bubbles could be fixed and the employee seemed frustrated, hastily got acetone out, and removed everything! They then said they will start over and I said I didn’t have the time for that! Regular nail polish at a brand new salon should not bubble, as if something were added to the polish. I left over an hour later feeling sad that my nails were not painted. Really bad first time experience here and cheap products.

Loved this new’ish nail salon! The quiet atmosphere was so relaxing. I didn’t feel rushed - quite honestly I felt like they were slowing me down. I’m so used to showing up, picking a color, going to my station and getting started. Quite the opposite! Very clean and Covid conscious! Will definitely be going back!

Very clean and comfortable. But two guest came in and preceded to get intoxicated while being in the Spa. Very unsatisfied about the rowdy behavior that took place in the spa. My nail tech was amazing and I do recommend going there for manicures and pedicures. Don’t pay for the “All About Me” it is not worth it for $145.
