Petrifying. Horrendous. They do NOT care if you want to speak to your loved-ones. This establishment has a horrible staff. Bad attitudes and no compassion for loved-ones. SO CARELESS!

Absolutely horrid. Cnas are awful, no compassion. If you care about your loved one, do not send them here.

Terrible. No one ever knows what is going on. I couldnt find my grandmother for over ten minutes. No one knew where she was. They put in a wheelchair and left her somewhere. I finally found her. The cna came over and practically threw her food down on the table. No compassion. They were mad at her for not doing rehab but her hemoglobin was so low. No one bothered to check that. She is now back at Prisma Health Baptist and is doing great.

Ive performed as a musician for NHC many times. The staff is always very friendly and they interactive with the residents well during my performances. I enjoy performing at NHC each year. :)

I worked at this hell hole and I witnessed how horrible the CNAs are to the residents. They take their time when the residents need changing or to give them their meals. This is a real slack place to work let alone stay. If u know anyone looking for a job a NHC on parklane tell them do not apply they dont pay anything and they treat the residents wrong

I take care of a lady here and no one checks on her they forget to send her lunch oe take her to the restroom

I would not send my dog there. If you want your family member to suffer and be ignored this is the place. They let my dad fall four times. Awful place.
